It was very busy with a hockey tournament. Perhaps nice to let other guests know if the hotel is booked with big groups of kids.

I loved the room with just one big king size bed, the sheets was clean a crisp…the lady at the reception was very welcoming.I would choose that hotel any time again. Thank you for your services.

The room itself was laid out nice. I would rate it more like a 2.5 star hotel. When I went to get into the best there was a bug under the pillow. Thankfully it was a common outdoor bug and not anything associated with uncleanliness of the hotel. When we went to go to sleep all we could hear until 1am was a screaming child who was tantruming. When we made a complaint at the front desk, nothing was done to provide us with any kind of compensation or offer any true customer service to us knowing we had a bad experience, They simply said … well you need to call us about loud environment and we are sorry we can’t do anything about the bug because it’s a common outdoor bug. I was very very disappointed with the lack of compassion and desire to make the customer happy.

The hotel is very confortable and quiet , the pool and the hot tub are a plus . The area is pretty . The only downside was the restaurant at the hotel was only open in the morning, and therefore we had to order in . Some restaurants in the area close very early 7pm week days and some are closed on the week-end.

Didn't use it

We found Chateau Logue to be a simple, quiet and comfortable place to stay. The only things we might suggest is having proper pillows on the bed(one was a small square throw pillow with a pillow case over it) and having bilingual signage on everything, not just some things :-). Overall we would stay again.
