In a good location. Pool could use a cleaning.

Nice clean place

I was very disappointed in my stay. The hallways were dark, and the rugs dirty. The room smelt like wet dog. The seams of the wall paper in the bathroom were already separating. The shower hinges were rusty and the tiles were not clean. Pillows extremely soft. No mirror in the main area. We could hear people in the hallway and above. A very cheaply built hotel, not maintained well and dirty. I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff were welcoming and efficient. The Room and bathroom were clean well laid out. Breakfast was ample and tasty and the price was very reasonable. Parking was ample. We had no issues with staff or property and would absolutely return.

Very run down and in need of a deep clean and maintenance

This place was a dump. For example, bathroom tile floor had several cracks, sink had a large crack and no stopper. Tiles in tub were black and dirty. Shower floor was cracked, creaked and bounced with each step. Toilet would flush and not refill. Maintenance called and reported it was fixed. Each subsequent flush required lifting off tank lid, jiggling the float to flush.Sheets were changed only when requested, but with strange looks from housekeeping. Beds were made like a 10 year old, hurrying to make their bed before school- not neat, pillows thrown in disarray. Lamp shade in room was shredded. This hotel should not even be allowed to be on their website. If I had paid less than half of the price/night, you might come across an establishment like this. Don’t judge by the exterior. . I waited a few days to comment, so I wouldn’t use expletives.

The mattress and pillows nay need to be replaced. The pillows were very lumpy inside pillowcases.

Good location, lots of parking. Staff was friendly. We’ve stayed there in past years and it was nice but the property is showing signs of age. The price was high versus the overall property quality we experienced.

It’s starting to get a little dated. But clean and comfortable rooms.

Good stay and good location to get around the city.

Tha add had pictures of a big soaker tub and I didnt get a room with a tub at all, the add said they had a breakfast but they didnt, the add said there workout room was 24/7, it is not. I work nights so I was really looking forward to the tub and workout room.

The temperature of the room when we arrived was only 60 degrees. Rather chilly. We went to the restaurant for breakfast, the food was fine. The service was awful. We had to call her over to get more coffee and again to pay our bill. The restaurant was not busy at all, therefore expected better service.

Did not state that they didn't accept koho, and they demanded I pay a cancellation fee. Forced to find a hotel outside the city due to every hotel being sold out. Not coming back in the future.

Room was clean, friendly staff, bed was ok

We did not have breakfast. Our room was great! A bit noisy in the hallway - kids running, but it didn’t last long.

The hotel has deteriorated over the last 10 years; cracked tiles, worn room carpeting, paint needed, lumpy mattress. Time for a refurb! There are lots of other hotels in the area, so shop around before booking.

We had the breakfast at Tiffany's bun which was very tasty and the perfect sized meal for Senior's.

Panhandlers are out front of the hotel constantly. Rooms aren’t the greatest either. Beds are comfortable and staff are friendly, but that’s about the only good thing about this hotel.
