Mildew in shower, tile floor grout was discoloured.

extremely rough shape, staff not helpful.

Hotel was rundown, paper thin walls with very loud clientele. Bathroom tile was all cracked and chipped. In need of serious renovations.

The staff were very helpful, The beds were comfortable, the area where the hotel is, is very convenient. I will be staying there again.

At checkin the front staff were not very accommodating. We had booked through expedia and then phoned the hotel to book a cot (rollaway bed) and the hotel said they would put a note for us so they would know at checkin. When we arrived for checkin the frontline staff did not have a note and kept refusing us a cot saying we could not have one because our room was not a king room, we rented a double queen. They finally said they did not have any available which was a little hard to believe but we decided to leave it and just make an extra space to sleep on the floor. Magically enough with different Frontline staff the next day we were able to rent a cot for the night. Absolutely no issues. Maybe it was a newbie the first night, not sure.

Very friendly clean and convenient

Rooms are clean, but common areas need serious sprucing up.

Hotel is starting to get run down. Bathrooms especially have a lot of cracked tiles and grout. Rugs are very dirty especially in the elevators.

Large rooms. Comfortable beds

Room was clean. A bit rough around the edges. Staff was good. The guests were a bit rough.

Hotel is easy to find and located near major stores and restaurants but in a quieter area of the city.

The staff was good and accommodating, but the hotel it’s self hasn’t been kept up it is not clean carpet in the hallways is coming up, our room needed a lot of work to make it acceptable cracked tiles in the bathroom, a hole in the wall the was patched with a piece of wallpaper that was falling off, black hair on the sheets that looked like it was from an animal. Over all we were not impressed and will never be staying here again.

Check in was very quick

Run down, crappy beds. Very expensive

Room requires upgrades and improvements. Numerous people loitering in lobby and parking lot. Garbage in parking lot.

Well. Starters went to Cadillacs the lounge. Waited 25 minutes to get served. Drinks that came unacceptable. I paid we went to the restaurant. Waited there. Meal came over cooked. Cutlet. After I started eating no one came back to ask. Told the server. When I paid. She Didn’t seem to care. Area was dirty. Outside noise was a bit much.

Everything was great except the kids running around and someone pulled the fire alarm. I believe there was a children’s hockey team also staying.

The room was very outdated and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Lots of parking available. Room set up was weird (fridge facing the door, not with the table or near beds). There were a dozen kids running and screaming for 2 hours (not the hotel’s fault and they did try to deal with it)…more a comment on the parents of those kids. Staff were great and helpful. Safe neighborhood, close to a ton of stores and restaurants. Overall a great stay!
