Lovely, friendly, helpful owner and staff, wonderful freshly cooked breakfast, great location, only stayed for one night but would definitely return.

Arrived early and was met by Sue. Asked if we could drop our bags off and come back later to check in as we didnt expect room to be ready but she told us there was a room ready which was brilliant news. Room was tidy and clean and had a nice bed, tea and coffee, kettle and TV. Bathroom was very clean and towels were on the bed along with a welcome chocolate. Sue was very nice and helpful and gave us lots of info about the town etc. Breakfast in the morning was very nice although being slightly hungover I didn't eat much but my wife ate all hers and said it was tasty. Sue then asked was everything okay as I had left mine. Sue really takes pride in her house and her service and it was top quality. If in the area again will definitely stay here again as having someone as dedicated as Sue really makes they stay a lot more personal.

Very helpful staff, Sue herself is a lovely lady and looked after us with everything we needed. Proximity to the pier and the town center excellent. Will be going back.

Perfect host. Not only kind and gracious, but helped me to find parking, even giving up her own space to accommodate me. That is what you call service 'over and beyond'. Recommend to everyone. We had a super time. The breakfast was the bonus, cooked perfectly, and we were fed till we were almost unable to move! Thank you, Sue.

Property in a good location, very close to the pier and promenade. Although not facing the sea front you could see it when sat outside the front of the property. Short walk to the main street and the Tram to the Orme. Parking not guaranteed outside the property but Sue the owner does her best to accommodate. We always reserve our car parking at the train station and walk to the accomodation.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea and the town. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the warm welcome and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here.

A very nice guest house in a perfect location for the beach front, town centre & local amenities. My room was very pleasant with a comfortable double bed. There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water, chocolates & biscuits also provided. The staff were very friendly, particularly Sue, the landlady, who was there to welcome me upon my arrival. Breakfast was delicious & cooked to order. I would definitely book again on a future visit.

Spotlessly clean room and looked as if recently refurbished. Bed comfy and nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Good choice of tea/coffee sachets. Great Welsh breakfast with plenty of choice. Highly recommend and hope to visit again sometime.

Excellent breakfast

After a very welcoming and smooth check-in I settled on to a most comfortable room (which incidentally was serviced daily during my one week stay). The breakfast was outstanding and really set me up for a day exploring the area. Plenty of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance and a very good bus service (even offering a reduction to English and Scottish bus pass holders).

Great location and we were lucky to park right outside. Room very clean with comfy beds. Family room with sea view. Ideally located to explore Llandudno. The best thing in my opinion is the breakfast if you like a ‘full Welsh’! Lovely selection of fruits and cereals to start too. Would definitely recommend.
