Easy online check in. Sue was waiting to meet us on arrival, even watched my car while we unloaded. Lovely clean room, comfortable and inviting. The room we had was small but had everything we needed for one night. Excellent breakfast with ample choice even for the most picky eater!

The hotel is in a great location for a stay in Llandudno. We were welcomed at the property and the room albeit cozy was clean and tidy. Breakfast was included, which was basic but a welcome addition to the booking.

Had a lovely week here with my wife and daughter. We had a large room at the front which had a double and single bed and a lovely onsuite bathroom. We also had a lovely sea view from our window. The owner was very pleasant and lovely to talk to. Smashing cooked breakfast every morning and a nice and relaxed atmosphere all round. Would easily stay there again :-)

Excellent B&B. Sue is amazing host. Quick checkin, excellent and mentioning the most fun places around. Great Breakfast made to order as per guest request. Nothing is too much effort. The rooms are clean and Tidy, with water, coffee and hot chocolate with marshmallows too.
Overall a great place to stay.. and very close to the promenade.
