Great location. Very clean if dated room. My only criticism is a large part of the huge window in my room did not have a solid/blackout curtain. It meant the whole room was extremely bright by 6am (summer). Lovely if you wanted to get up early but impossible to lie in otherwise.

Our stay was marred by the fact that the hotel had not yet turned on the air conditioning and the temperature in the room, above 80 degrees Fahrenheit, made sleeping almost unbearable. The hotel was booked so we could not change rooms. On our last evening the hotel offered us wine and fruit. Nice gesture but still could not sleep, even with the one door and one window open. This was a beautiful hotel but our stay was terrible ssa result of the heat. This was probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

A comfortable hotel well located for touring the capital. It sits across from a park and the street is quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful with recommendations. Breakfast is good though coffee service gets overwhelmed and though tasty, coffee is not terribly hot. The bar and lounge is quiet but service is great. The restaurant is comfortable with excellent service - the outside decking area is very pleasant.

This hotel is close to the University of Sofia and located in a lovely neighforhood. The room was comfortable and quiet. My only problem involved the lack of air-conditioning one night, making it difficult to sleep. But, that was fixed by the following day.

Stayed here for a business trip, really liked my spacious room with air conditioning, water kettle, complimentary mineral water, tea, and coffee, bathtub, stable password-protected WiFi, daily cleaning, good breakfast, restaurant on site, proximity to parks and my business event venue. Only minor issue was the safe wasn’t working. Highly recommended!

Great hotel in the heart of Sofia - very classy with wonderful staff and accommodations. Convenient parking garage under hotel was perfect and the breakfast was quite tasty. I was able to venture around on foot to see the sights and enjoy some very delicious Bulgarian food (and even craft beer) - can't wait to return.

A fabulous hotel with fantastic, friendly staff. Ideal location just a metro stop from centre at Serdika. Would absolutely stay there again and recommend it highly.

Very good hotel , clean and convenient. called a taxi to the airport at 4:00 AM and it was at the front door in five minutes.
