Très propre et agréable à séjourner

The hotel itself was great. Clean, smooth stay, no issues. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was the complete opposite. The receptionist, Elizabeth, was extremely condescending and unhelpful. I arrived early on a quiet afternoon and was told “no” to early check-in with no explanation, despite rooms being available. Even when I offered to pay extra, she refused and spoke in a patronizing tone. After asking for a manager (who she said was unavailable but was actually nearby), she suddenly became able to accommodate me, something that could have been handled from the start. I understand policies, but the attitude and lack of basic customer service made this unnecessarily frustrating. Management should address this.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon court séjour. Pour le service de repas aux chambres, on commande de la chambre mais on doit aller payer au restaurant et ensuite ils livrent le repas sans couvrir les plats .. Un peu spécial.. mais c'était délicieux. Hâte d'y retourner

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, pillows not so much, the bathroom although well maintained was very outdated, but the temperature and water pressure was good. The celling light was removed the they just left a hole. And the ventilation was very loud. Nice to have fridge and microwave. The view of the water was nice

We had a great view of the St-Laurent river. The staff was great and the food was excellent. We were in the old section of the Manoir. The furnitures were in bad condition, we had a shower/bath tub that seen better days. We had to raise the curtains over the heater to keep the room warm. I recommand you book in the new section of the Manoir.

Ce n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes

Nous étions dans une chambre dans la section neuve de l’hôtel. La chambre était magnifique et nous avions une suite et le visuel de la mer de chambre était incroyable. Le personnel était disponible et on offert un excellent service!

very bad service not professional at all. food in the restaurant very bad, 2 of us had hard time to digest it and my wife had a cold plate that we had to request to get warmed..
