A large supermarket nearby. This hotel needs to have the open bar moved indoors when it starts raining outside. It takes to long to move it indoors. Not good for business. The facility is clean and the area is excellent. I couldn’t find any negatives with this place!

We had an amazing stay at Loft. The place is located in a heart of Cancun,staff is friendly,my room had a goid view (partial ocean).If you are not looking for a beach resort this is a great option

The room had trash like an empty paper toilet roll between beds, floors sticky and dirty, my feet got so black , soap bars on the floors by the desk, looks like they never sweep, the shower really needs a good scrubbing, it also had hair all around.

Employees where polite, clean rooms, close to the beach and night life.

This hotel was located near a big supermarket so that we could buy everything we wanted. Its very convenient for us. It was easy for us to take a bus to downtown because the bus stop was in front of the hotel. They gave us a welcome drink. We spent lovely days here.

Aloft is a great company. The accessibility room was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the amenities such as shower chair and commode support handles. Will definitely use Aloft in the future.

This was my first out of the country i must say i enjoy my stay here the rooftop pool was a big plus very relaxing.

Air conditioner did not work when we got in the room. They tried to fix it. We went to dinner and came back three hours later and it was hotter in the room than it was in the hallway. They didn’t want to move us until I asked for a refund. They said they had no more rooms and miraculously they found one. We never stay there again. And they offered no compensation and it was a big problem. Had to move all our stuff at 10 o’clock at night. We left the next day.

Lied about canceling my reservation even though it was canceled in advance. I lost my money.
