Their shuttle to the airport is 250 peso per person. Five of us, was 1250 peso to go 3 kilometers to airport. Crazy. Qe took tykes for 150 peso. Need to have free shuttle to airport OR a one price for trip.

The room and all and the service was really good but the management in the restaurant(Breakfast) had a bad attitude and should not have that kind of position if the don't know how to act good and not look rude and have a rude attitude

The Hotel was good. But the room adjacent to us had a problem. There were endless knocking and we did not have a good rest because of the noise from the other room. The staff should have intervened.

The room is very small for a double bed. Room was not cleaned well, a lingerie from the former guest was still in the shower room. Toilet doesn't have bidet and the sink doesn't work well. We choose xyz because we want to try the pool but when we saw that beside the pool are tables for the smoking area and on the other side is the bar so we just went back to our room. But other than that was great specially their breakfast and the crew.

I booked one night there for me with my family. It's not the best but great. The staff are friendly and very responsive. The room was unexpectedly clean although they need some improvement. I will recommend this to my friends.

It was an awesome experience staying to an exquisite and comfortable room. Definitely a superb one! The breakfast buffet was remarkable and the food was truly palatable.

The greatest hotel I've ever been! If given the chance, I would love to visit this hotel again, hopefully with my Mama. I love everything about this place. As in everything! So creative, happy and stress-free place!
