Good, clean basic rooms Friendly staff Always stay here when in the area.

Was fine to kip in for a couple of hours after a party. Not sure I would choose to stay there for much longer than a night.

Basic accommodation, but all we needed for an overnight stay. Good sized room. Bed was comfortable. Towels in good condition. Everything was clean. Breakfast was better than expected. 5/6 options for cereals, different sliced breads for toast, jams and spreads. Individually wrapped croissants. Lovely creamy individual yogurts. Unfortunately eating in reception there are Only 2 tables (one 4 seater and one 2 seater)

I appreciated the white bed linen & white towels. What I liked the most was the price. Did not like the hallway breakfast. Comfortable enough beds.

Everything was great and very reasonably priced Good communication with staff .. all helpful and polite.. would definitely stay again and fully recommend Great views from room 7

Absolutely had the best stay here.. originally only booked 1 night but ended up staying 3! Everything you need .. clean.. friendly.. amazing staff ..24hr reception… amazing views from my room.. breakfast inc (continental but everything u need) Defo recommend 💯

Toilet seat was loose. Noisy guests on floor above, sounded like an elephant at 6.15am when I was intending to sleep

Convenient location.

Just an overnight stay en route to the airport, but with 4 of us in one room - the family room offered a double bed and 2 singles which was so much better than a sofa bed. very pleased with the room and cleanliness. Breakfast was pretty basic but the price was very good.

For a cheap clean room for the night it is better than Travelodge as it has free WiFi

What we booked is not what we got. Manager seems to think a double bed is a king, doubled down and debated at length. Not a continental breakfast, only one room key to share. NOT the place for any prolonged stay…strictly a one night place only. Rooms smelled musty.

Tv and chair was damaged.

It was a very clean room but needed to be freshened up as it was dated. We slept well. Plenty of hot water. Disappointed there was no dining room to eat your breakfast. Tge option was to take it to your room, ours was upstairs so not practical, or eat it in the reception area, only 3 tables! If a lot of people came for breakfast all at once, there was very limited space to serve yourself and little room to eat it! Staff were helpful and friendly.

Simple but exactly what needed.

Basic hotel but very clean, large rooms, and perfect for an overnight stay at a very low cost so near to London. All reception staff (3 different during our stay) really friendly and helpful. Would definately stop here again if in the area.
