The staff is friendly, the view from the rooftop is really nice because it's directly to Kuta beach, if you want to go to the beach you just have to cross the street, maybe this is the only plus point because the minus is that I feel the room is really stuffy, a bit dark, there is a window but the view is a bit scary for me, the breakfast is not very varied, the bathroom is a bit dirty

The staff was very friendly, and I booked a deluxe room in the basement (one floor down from the lobby). The location is right across from Kuta Beach, strategically located in the heart of Kuta Beach. It's within walking distance to Beachwalk Mall. Parking is adequate, and there's a souvenir shopping center right next to the hotel.

Good location, good meal, very close to the beach, we can watch the sunset. Worth the price. The price for now in year 2025 is very reasonable.

Been here twice… never disappoints… right in front of Kuta Beach

The hotel is located right in front of Kuta Beach. There's just a slight woody scent in the room and a generator-like sound. Overall, the location is okay.

Strategic location, very close, and recommended for those with children. Very close to Beachwalk and affordable! The rooms are also great for around 300,000 Rupiah.

The hotel is strategically located. It directly faces Kuta Beach. It's easy to get anywhere, whether it's restaurants or shopping at the mall. And what I love most about it is the breakfast facilities. The seven-bar area in the morning, combined with the friendly staff, makes me want to come back again.

on the level 4 i order a food after more then one hours they come to me said we have some issues with the system I don't know what system they were talking about and being asked me do want wait another 20 minutes to prepare your food.... I wasn't happy I just cancelled.

If I go to Bali, I'll definitely stay here again. It's close to everything. It's just a short walk to the beach. I really like it.

When I checked out, I forgot my necklace. I contacted the hotel to confirm it, and the necklace chain was there, but the pendant wasn't. I was disappointed with the service.
