Maybe domestic tourists could be friendlier when checking in and show us the room area so we don't have to ask twice or even ask other staff. For the cleanliness of the room, please pay attention, I found a cockroach near the mini bar, yes I complained to the hotel to clean it, they offered me another room, I didn't want to move to be close to my cousin. And for the food, I'm sorry, it tastes like warteg food, even better than warteg, the breakfast is more varied.

Strategic location next to SM Beachwalk Mall, the room is okay, just forgot to note to ask for a room on the top floor, got it on the LG floor, for breakfast on the first day at the Kutabex Heritage restaurant, the second day at Seven Bar, the swimming pool has a sea view, it's really beautiful. If I go to Bali, I want to stay here again
