The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and fragrant, the air conditioning is cool, the parking lot is spacious, the mall is close, the lobby is spacious, and there are massage chairs. Very impressive. From the friendly staff, cool and comfortable rooms, ample parking, spacious waiting area, clean swimming pool, and very friendly staff. The breakfast is undoubtedly delicious. However, the menu lacks variety. I've stayed almost three times, and the breakfast menu hasn't changed much. Overall, it's a very comfortable choice for a family stay.

Some spots need more detail from the housekeeping team, especially on the top of the bed and rust on the towel rack, there are some minor damages in the bathroom, the location is very strategic, breakfast is normal like most 4-star hotels, the only input is, dust particles from the linen are still felt in the room, maybe because the circulation is not optimal, so sneezing while in the room, the rest is okay, good luck to all Novotel PKU Team.

A strategically located hotel, next to Ciputra Mall, with direct access to the mall, which has a protective roof, so it's pretty safe if it rains. We'll be back again.

Please for the best 4 star hotel in Pekanbaru, any sound from the corridor should not enter the room and pay attention to the mattress that needs rejuvenation and has formed waves on the mattress and makes noise for the divan so that the body feels sore after sleeping there. There is no firmness at all, the mattress does not meet expectations. Staying at Novotel Pekanbaru is different from Novotel in other places. Not recommended for long stays.
