Never Again

The room was okay as standards go. Beds were comfy and clean. Sea view was beautiful from the fourth floor. Cooked breakfast was basic but hot and plentiful. The shower was awful. The pressure wasn’t very good at all and the temperature went from ice cold to roasting without moving the handle. The staff were amazing though, cheerful accommodating and very polite. All in all it was a nice little weekend away, thank you very much for our stay.

Room was clean but stuck next too outside bins and outside fan that never stopped. Staff must have took smoking breaks outside our window spitting and coughing. Loud keeping us awake. Room bins not emptied just given a bag to do it out selfs. Room was along from a cleaning cupboard with a bucket outside to trip over! Never anyone at reception to help. Nicest thing was waiter at breakfast kind and polite

Staff was amazing. I personally on she Lis on the first day but she was a star. Nathan was a young helpful, sometimes funny when trying to sing. Haha. But what can I say about column. Love gentle,but know how to say no. Helpful to the max. We will definitely be back with winnie at some point. X

AVOID this hotel!!!! Just back from a 3 day stay at this hotel, although receptionists was friendly on arrival , I definitely won’t stay again bathroom in bedroom was newly refurbished and spotless though small, and sink was tiny no where to hang towels and no soap or toiletries provide when asked was told they would get us some soap still waiting , as I walked away I heard receptionist say to woman and child Standing why does she need soap , child replied to wash hands after being to toilet, shows lack of hotel hygiene , when husband asked next day was told you need to bring your own toiletries inc soap, also had to ask for clean towels one day as despite advertising housekeeping only had service 1 out of 3 towels only was housekeeping, Night porter got us towels . bed very comfortable. Room small and basic. 5/10 Tv in corner on wall at window couldn’t shut curtains easily for tv , breakfast poor quality sausages , bacon rubbery , tinned tomatoes not fresh ones !! Fried eggs, harsh browns , fried bread , beans where ok scrambled egg dry , no mushrooms , no brown bread only white , breakfast crammed into corner and had to queue to to get food , entertainment whatever a joke, more entertainment in a morgue , very out dated and basic downstairs staff so unhelpful , and found very rude as one member of staff who was English at breakfast argued with a customer over England being cheated out of World Cup , not time and place , No pool either

We had a very pleasant stay The staff were friendly and helpful, including the restraunt staff We thought the food was very good to We would be happy to come back in the near future.

An acceptable hotel for the price. I found free parking on the adjacent side road, otherwise it's £10 per night in front of hotel. The included breakfast was good. It's situated north of the town centre, if you don't mind a bit of a walk. I would stay there again. Darren

The hotel is overlooking the sea. The breakfast was nice. Self service and plentiful. The staff were very kind and attentive. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Didn't have breakfast only room only , but I would stay again here , location not too near to Blackpool centre

Only stayed room only for four nights the room was small but clean and adequate parking was a bit of a rip off at a tenner a night cash but the stay was fantastic value for money.

reception staff arrogant wanted to date your money then not interested £50 for parking went to room smelt a cat and dog wee come down out lift dog weed didn’t lift. went to bar area no draft beer bottles £3.50 each no entertainment one DJ with broken television no swimming pool as advertised bedroom second one broken floor in bathroom one light smelly carpet and never so cleaner whole week very disappointed will not go back and watch for being ripped off with this hotel spent most of week next door in hotel spending his money there very disappointed with Xperia advertising this hotel as brilliant when it’s in poor condition need a refund going to trading standards thank you patrick

Our room was clean, bed spotless and very comfy, the furniture could be updated, the bathroom especially shower cubicle needs revamped, the kettle in room really needs to be descaled, the restaurant was good, breakfast was lovely, dinner was ok, but waiters need to serve food on trays as fingers were on food when serving side plates of vegetables, not good, although staff were friendly, we enjoyed our stay,

Really enjoyed are stay staff friendly nice comfy beds great value for money

the hotel is an excellent price but remember its a budget hotel staff are helpful and the bar is there if you need a drink this was my 2nd time and have no problem in booking again

Well maybe odd bang by doors time to time by different people plus that's roughly same in other hotels plus water didn't get hot by the shower in room 219 plus maybe that need sorted out plus still a good hotel

Spacious quiet rooms, I enjoyed my stay, good value for money. The carpets and the banister was dirty on my stay but the rooms were fine.

For a one night stay. We were pleasantly surprised. Great location and the staff were fab.
