Good place for a staycation. Friendly staff, quiet location.

The hotel is clean and the service is good

The room was nice and comfortable. However, the parking lot was cramped and the elevator took a long time to get up. In room 322, the sound of the motorbike outside could be heard in the room, making it a bit disturbing.

This is my second stay here. The previous time was for an office training event. I liked the cleanliness, room, breakfast, and price, so I chose this place again for a family vacation. The only downside was that the shower head leaked and the room wasn't airtight. Parking was a bit limited, but the staff were all very helpful. If I ever come back to Bandung, I'll definitely stay here again.

Well located hotel with friendly service

Our family's experience staying at the Mercure City Center Hotel was very pleasant: 1. The room was spacious and clean, with cool air conditioning and all the equipment working well. 2. The amenities were quite complete. 3. The breakfast was varied and delicious. 4. The view from the infinity pool was beautiful. 5. Check-in and check-out were fast. 6. Close to Jl. Braga. There are several points to consider when staying here: 1. The hotel is close to the main road, so vehicle noise (especially from motorbikes or loud exhausts) can penetrate the room, disrupting your sleep. 2. The parking area is small, so if it's full, valet parking is a bit limited. Overall, everything is fine. Thanks.

Very comfortable hotel and close to city center

Nice hotel, clean, location right in the middle of the city, very suitable for business and culinary, could be a regular.

Even though the last time I stayed here was in 2020, and yesterday I tried to stay here again and the hotel is still in very good condition.. cleanliness, comfort, fresh air circulation (not stuffy), the room lighting is also bright and it is located in the city center 😍 There was a bit of a queue when entering the hotel because it was full there was a wedding but all guests staying there got free valet parking facilities so it wasn't a problem.. One of the mainstay hotels if you stay in Bandung ❤️

The only thing I don't recommend is the food at the swim pool bar, the rest is okay.

it was wonderful moments, stay 2 nights in mercure bandung city center with family I have often stayed at hotels in the accor chain, never disappointing. I booked 2 rooms, deluxe twin and double type, the comfortable room atmosphere makes you feel at home in the room, the staff is friendly and helpful, the room refrigerator is not cold, immediately replaced with a new one. swimming pool with a nice view

This is the second time I've stayed here, it's in the middle of the city, I can walk to Lengkong street food, Asia Afrika, there's also really delicious chicken noodles nearby. The hotel is nice, clean, the staff is friendly, the rules are not complicated, the room facilities are complete, AC, hot water, drinking water, hair dryer, etc. It's just a shame that my complaint is still the same as before, the TV channel signal is really bad, sometimes it's on, sometimes it's off, sometimes it cuts out, the picture is unclear, sometimes the sound is without a picture, it's really bad. For those who want to staycation at a hotel, TV channels are very important, even though I stayed there a few years ago, the TV channels were still not good, as many as the channels were not on, only the hotel advertisements were on, and the soundproofing is also lacking in my opinion, I'm on the 9th floor but the sound of vehicles, especially those with loud exhausts, is very loud, the sound of the next/front room can be heard, especially in the bathroom, the room next to the bathroom can also be heard, and this time I got pranked by a kid who ran in the hallway and played with my room bell, a very colorful experience

The room was clean, it was just a shame that a hotel of that class didn't provide slippers, the AC wasn't on.. I didn't complain because I checked in at night so I wanted to rest immediately, but it only felt hot in the middle of the night so I was too lazy to complain.. The service should be improved to be better.

Check-in went smoothly and the friendly staff greeted me with a genuine smile. The room I stayed in was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities available.

Facilities, good vibe. But, shower in powder room doesn't work.

The breakfast was delicious, the hotel was comfortable, the staff were friendly, overall ok.

The gym is too small & some equipment broke down, but overall such as cleanliness, hospitality are good.
