The hotel is quite old, with the ground floor reception a bit dated and dark. The check-in was friendly and fast. Although our room has undergone recent renovation, the shower head was broken, and we could only use the rain shower, which is inconvenient. The bed and pillow were too soft for our liking, but this is subject to personal preferences. Breakfast was served in the corridor of the first floor as the coffee house is undergoing renovation. The breakfast selection was limited and tasted ordinary. There are rooms for improvement on the room amenities and breakfast in line with its 4-star rating.

Nice entertainment system. Since we own a Hisense TV at home, it was super easy to operate. Comfortable bed. Either no one is around us or the soundproof is incredible! Amenities are adequate. Clean room and bathroom. Great shower and bathtub.

Great experience, super comfortable room, very friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast spread is pretty varied, lots of food choices, taste is great too. The newly renovated swimming pool looks very nice. No deposit required (at least for the locals). However, please be noted that the hotel is a bit old. Some furniture in the room like the wardrobe, cupboard have some chips, deteriorating parts & obvious signs of wear & tear. Parking space is a bit shady & creepy, stagnant water is everywhere especially during the rainy season. But overall the hotel experience is super great, will definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend Impiana Hotel because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff. But I noticed that the tv plug point has no electrical power. My mistake not to inform the staff to fix that issue.

I’m unhappy with my stay because the room I received is not as advertised. The listing clearly showed a bathtub, which was the main reason I booked this room. However, my room only has a shower. I would appreciate a proper solution, such as a room change or compensation.

Everything is nice, the room, the breakfast. The pool is very clean. Will come again in the future.

Came with kids. But swimming pool was closed. But hotel already gave early notice. But still have fun. Room is comfortable and spacious.

The hotel has a grand lobby, friendly staff, and quick lift service. The room feels a bit dated but is well-kept, with a comfy bed and pillows. The bathtub is small but functional. A nearby construction site can be noisy, though it wasn’t an issue during my weekend stay. Overall, a well-located hotel with good amenities.

1) The hotel like in the 80's superstar condition, reminiscent of the past. 2) The security guard very family friendly. 3) Check-in and check out not so hassle. 4) No separate shower and bath tub area in the bathroom. Impiana Ipoh is my 1st choice if I come to Ipoh with family. Even though it's an old building, but can see numbers of renovation and upgrade done throughout the year. Excess card and Android TV with good, clear channel and reception. My children love the huge kids swimming pool, but sad to say, it's under maintenance during my visit. Please inform the guest or update the maintenance status through your website.
