The water wasn't hot, the room wasn't cleaned, the internet was slow, especially during the day, the food was mediocre, and there were burnt iron marks on the carpet. The connecting room didn't work, and there was no drinking water. One good thing was the free upgrade, but for the price of 6 million rupiah, two superior king rooms and a deluxe king room were really not worth it. If it really doesn't match the star rating, it should improve.

The sink faucet was broken, making it difficult to open and close, and the hot water tap was broken and unusable. I was staying with a baby who needed a warm bath. 2. The sheets, blanket, and mattress were dirty, as if they hadn't been changed, making our feet and hands itchy when they touched the mattress. 3. The room light was broken and left unattended. 4. The room TV didn't have cable, so it was all ants. 5. The room's AC wasn't cold, even at night. The room's carpet was dirty and unkempt. 6. The food in the restaurant lacked taste and variety. 7.
