I like the friendly and kind staff, the location is very strategic because when you get bored in the room you can go straight to the Teras Kota mall.

When we entered, the mattress was not very clean.

The service was quite good. The air conditioning in our room was leaking, but we were moved to a better room. The pre-dawn meal menu was quite varied.

The location is quite strategic, the rooms are adequately sized, and the cleanliness is well-maintained. The staff service is good. The TV quality in the rooms is not so good.

The hotel staff who helped check-in and out were very friendly. Since it had been a long time since I stayed in a hotel, I was a bit nervous when opening the room access until the access card got stuck, luckily there was a roomboy, tried it but it didn't work and the guy immediately called a technician, who waited 5 minutes for him to come and was able to open the room. Providing 4 bottles of mineral water in the room was very considerate. My first experience staying at Santika BSD was during the 2016 Tangsel Global Innovation Forum, I happened to be on duty and had the opportunity to stay for a few days and was most amazed by the breakfast, it was really delicious. Last year I also broke my fast here. And yesterday I had breakfast here again, masyaAllah it was still delicious. Most amazed by the mini chocolate croissants that were fresh out of the oven, they were really delicious masyaAllah. All the staff were friendly, the guy who made the morning omelet was very kind, seeing me going back and forth without getting any omelet, when I finally came back he put 2 aside for me. The one who baked the bread was also very kind, offering my child some who was curious to see the staff take the bread out of the oven. My son loved staying here; it was his first time staying in a hotel. Hopefully, we'll be able to stay here again. Upon check-out, you can go swimming to Ocean Park, and then walk there.

It's all good... the room, the food, and location.

It's quite good because the location and hotel are connected with access to the Teras Kota Mall, so eating is easy.

Until 3 pm I still couldn't get into the room, the service was a bit slow... the room size was okay

Parking is confusing, there are no directions for parking near the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The AC in the room gets quite cold and noisy, however. The door is quite old and already wearing off. The water tap in the bathroom sink is a bit faulty and sprays everywhere. Since the room is a twin bed, it is not very spacious and quite small. The water heater in the bathroom works well. The hotel breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was very delicious!
