Hotel staff were amazing at all levels: front desk, room cleaning, restaurant, even administration. I had my reservation initially on May 15-21. I requested a change to May 9-15. The administration staff were able to accommodate my request. They contacted the app, which in turn contacted me for confirmation. The breakfast menu the hotel serves does reflect Indonesian cuisine, so it is a great introduction for newly visiting foreign tourists. Its vicinity to Teras Kota Mall makes the food option even wider for lunch and dinner.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The AC in the room gets quite cold and noisy, however. The door is quite old and already wearing off. The water tap in the bathroom sink is a bit faulty and sprays everywhere. Since the room is a twin bed, it is not very spacious and quite small. The water heater in the bathroom works well. The hotel breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was very delicious!

I love the breakfast selection. Great variety of food and the taste is so good. I like creamy spinach with omelette and potato wedges. The porridge for my toddler serves well. It is strategic Location as well.

For 1 million rupiah, you could do better than this. The toilet leaked when flushing, and worse, the sink didn't work. The sanitary ware seemed broken and wouldn't drain. The room wasn't soundproof at all. The food was bland and dry.

Parking area is joined with mall teras kota parking space. So it was harder to get parking space when you came to hotel on office hour. We got delicious breakfast menu, with good variation. Towel, linen/bedsheet smell good. The room space not to big, may be our bed is queen size. You will need extra bed when you bring your kids.
