Sari Ater Hotel & Resort exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The staff and management were absolutely wonderful — kind, honest, and always attentive, going out of their way to listen, help, and accommodate every request. It's rare to find such consistently genuine hospitality.
The room was spotless and well-appointed, making for a very comfortable stay. The food at the restaurant was excellent and varied, offering a great mix of traditional Indonesian dishes alongside international options, so there was always something new to try.
The natural surroundings are another highlight — lush greenery and flowing streams throughout the property create a wonderfully peaceful setting, perfect for unwinding. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions like Tangkuban Perahu, making it a great base for exploring the area. Considering the level of comfort and service on offer, the price is very reasonable — genuinely great value.
The highlight, though, was the hot springs. It was a truly unique and unforgettable experience, and one we'd happily repeat. Overall, a fantastic stay that we'd recommend without hesitation to anyone visiting the area.
