The hotel is comfortable and clean, with friendly service and complete amenities. It's definitely worth it.

This is a cool hotel. Suitable for families.

I stayed here with my husband and in-laws. It was a public holiday, so it was very crowded, especially the hot springs. The package included breakfast and dinner for the specified number of people. The food was quite good, but the dinner was a bit lacking, perhaps because it was a bit cold or because I ate it too late, around 9pm. The room and atmosphere were cool and chilly, and although the room was old, it was comfortable.

The towels are yellow, even though they've been replaced, but that's just how towels seem.

The service is very good and the place is very cool, highly recommended for families who want to stay here.

A very exciting holiday for the family at Sari Ater Subang, have been here many times, never get bored.

Booking on Traveloka, we chose a junior villa room. Upon check-in, the villa we were given was at the back and quietest because the pool in front was under renovation, making it unusable. The villa was damp and dark, although all the facilities were quite complete. The next day, we moved to a newer and fresher hotel room. The location and breakfast and dinner menu were still top-notch.

It's a shame the room is so small, a twin with a size of 90. huhu. So it's like a transit hotel even though it's a family hotel. It's fun and there are lots of activities. The weather is cool and cold. The FO staff is less informative when CI has no information about getting dinner. I've requested adjacent rooms because I booked 3 rooms but I didn't get them. Even though it was okay to confirm via WA that I got them.

Nice place, helpfull staff, quick response, great experience for children.. For hot water in bathroom used hot sulfuric water spring, so it was uncomfortable to the eyes.. Others were so good

Staying here for New Year's Eve not only includes free breakfast but also a complimentary dinner with a varied menu. There's a free shuttle around the hotel. Next time, I'd like to try a bungalow/villa or glamping.

The staff was friendly when checking in..when checking out they gave me a souvenir gift
