Great place to stay, lots to do in the hotel for both kids and adults. Well thought out rooms for ski/bike/hiking equipment. Staff were helpful and laid-back. Lots of choice for breakfast (although they did run out of butter).

I enjoyed my two nights here mainly oŵing to its location and the care given me throughout my stay by staff and particularly by the receptionist on duty when I arrived. He kept an eye on me (an old man with mobility limitations), told me where to buy gluten free crispbread, and made sure caught my train when I left. The hotel has extensive facilities for the active guest. The room was large and comfortable. The buffet mesks from breakfasf on were good with s fair choice including my need for gluten free food. The other highlight was enjoying the children on thd nursery slopes at the end of the hotel drive.

First of all, we were welcomed by friendly staff. The room was clean, and the sauna was great. We even wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately the price had already doubled.

The staff were absolutely amazing — truly the best experience! Special shoutout to Ana Regina and Aucki (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names!) for going above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, especially with our kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as advertised — everything exceeded our expectations both inside and out. From the family-friendly atmosphere to the comfortable, clean room, every detail was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is surrounded by mountains and offers breathtaking views. The room prices were reasonable and good value for money, and the staff were friendly as well.

Great location and excellent staff. We stayed in the off season.

From the outside the building looked like it had been clad in tin sheets. This turned out be the effect of mist and water on the glass exterior. Not a good design. The interior turned out to be amazing. Designed obviously for skiers with walkways instead of stairs to all floors. All rooms had a spacious room at the front for storing and drying wet clothing and equipment and a very spacious apartment behind it. Excellent food and very helpful and friendly staff made it a real pleasure to stay there. Highly recommended.

The hotel is incredible and the staff are so helpful & friendly.

Checked in and asked for robes, found out at checkout they cost $7euros to use. Never explained to us and I've never had to pay at another hotel, so this was alarming. Front swak attendant was adamant I had to pay, I asked to speak with the manager, and they didn't come out, but the attendentt came back saying I didn't have to pay this fee. Went for a massage, asked for 50 minutes

Unusual design of hotel inside but interesting. Fantastic breakfast options. Great bar staff. Location is absolutely perfect for so many activities in the area. Mountain views from all around the hotel are stunning.

Super Lage für Ski und Wanderurlaube und topmodernes Hotel

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort auf Grund einer nahegelegenen Hochzeit. Und wurde versprochen, dass das Gepäck aufs Zimmer gebracht wird. Als wir nachts ankamen, war das Gepäck leider nicht auf dem Zimmer, sondern war verschlossen im Staff-Room… Absolut ärgerlich. Die Rezeption war morgens leider nicht besetzt. Nach ein bisschen Suchen bekam ich das Gepäck vom Frühstückspersonal. Frühstück wurde nicht nachgefüllt, Säfte leer, Brötchen leer… Die Halterung des Brausekopfes hat ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Für über 150 Euro pro Nacht hätten wir uns mehr erhofft. Insgesamt trotz der schönen Lage leider nicht zu empfehlen!

Eine Sauna ging nicht.

Das Buffet zum Abendessen war nicht zu empfehlen. Fleisch war trocken durch zu lange Lagerung unter einer Wärmelampe. Gemüse war ziemlich verkocht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ganz ordentlich. Aber aus kulinarischen Gründen muss man dieses Hotel nicht buchen.
