From the front, this hotel looks modern. However, upon entering the room, the ambiance is vintage. The executive room only has one air conditioner, located in the living room. As a result, during our three-day stay, we felt hot while sleeping, even though Batu was indeed hot. At a rate of 1.3 million rupiah per night, it's a shame that our sleep was disturbed by the heat. The television provided is also not a smart TV. However, when we complained, the television was immediately replaced. The staff responded quickly and promptly. Even when our child spilled ice cream on the bed, the report was handled promptly via WhatsApp. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel still needs some improvements, especially for those who are used to staying in hotels with full facilities. For a four-star hotel, the food prices are quite affordable. However, not all lunch menu items at the cafe are available. This wasn't a major issue for us. The swimming pool is large, spacious, and clean. We found crumbs on the sofa in our room, so we asked for it to be cleaned again. Otherwise, there were no issues. The parking area is spacious and the garden is beautiful. Thank you.

I typed the refund request two days before. The refund wasn't available at the beginning of the order, even though it stated it was available. I ended up losing 400,000 Rupiah.
