Comfortable hotel in the center of Makassar city

Always stay here, the price is pocket-friendly, the facilities are quite complete, overall it's comfortable, only the parking is a bit difficult when there are lots of visitors, the breakfast variety could be increased a little. The worn out towels should be renewed, plus the property could be repaired periodically.

At the reception, there was a lady who seemed to have just started work. She gave me a room that wasn't ready yet, then after the pass, I changed rooms, but the key hadn't been charged, so the door couldn't be opened, so I had to go down again to tap the card!!! Please improve your service at the reception, reduce playing with your phone.

3 nights stay at this hotel, the breakfast is varied every day and delicious, there are choices of heavy meals, soups, porridge, fruits, fruit juices, cakes etc. But unfortunately the room I stayed in, the door was hard to open, the AC was not cold enough even though it was 16° and high, the sheets were a bit dull and had stains but still usable, there were few hangers, the wifi was not very fast sometimes it couldn't be used, sometimes it came in, sometimes it just disappeared/turned off, but it was still okay, this hotel could be the best choice for a place to stay. Don't worry, the parking lot is also very good, so don't worry if you have a vehicle.

Hotel staff is very friendly, fast service, responsive service, clean rooms, close to city center and shopping.

Overall this hotel is very good, I like the clean hotel. But when I was about to check in I heard the receptionist calling one of the room owners who had already booked. He said that person was fined because there were stains on his mattress and the fine was 500 thousand. So I went into my room and took pictures of the stains first. I was afraid that I would also be fined because of the stains that I didn't do. Hehehe... so I anticipated it first. But overall, this hotel could be my favorite. Cool... oh yeah one more thing if possible, replace the pillows,... they are not very comfortable to use. Hard and not soft.... that's all Thank you. see U next time
