Strategic location, in the city center, easy to get everywhere, the room is clean, and the staff is very friendly.

My favorite is Harris Hotel's bf...varied...nice...friendly service...and the room I chose was a junior suite...there are so many benefits...and most importantly, Harris Hotel is kid-friendly...so those who staycation with children will definitely feel more at home.

The room is okay, quite spacious, and the breakfast is really great, lots of variety and delicious.

It's really good for kids, from the entertainment to the food. When I was there, there were also activities like coloring, but I didn't join because I already had other plans.

First time staying here, the check-in process was fast and thank God I was given a room upgrade, because the room type I booked was full. The room was nice, clean, looked luxurious from the lobby, elevator, and hallway. Breakfast was delicious, varied, just a few notes. Like the video I included, there was a gentleman in the outdoor area, near the pool, right next to my table. He knew I was bringing a baby, but he smoked non-stop for more than an hour, maybe around 10 cigarettes. It was really like a cousin... while there were indeed a lot of small children there, it was true that he smoked in the outdoor area but it would be better if the hotel could also see the situation, if it was high season, lots of children, that area should not be made a smoking area, he should just designate another area. There is another smoking area. Moreover, if we look at the area near the pool, the seating area is limited, there must be a lot of parents sitting at the restaurant tables too. I wanted to move, but there were no empty tables. There really is no empathy from that person. And of all the areas, only the outdoor area is very dirty. Maybe that's the only minus. Please, the hotel and restaurant can pay attention here. Apart from that, the hotel is really cool, oh yeah.. to ask for a double key, you have to make a deposit of 50 thousand rupiah. The deposit refund process was also fast. I will go back there next time. Thanks :)

This Rill was a really good experience. The hotel ambiance was really nice, and the room was very clean. I also got complimentary room yesterday because my deluxe room was sold out, but I was upgraded to a premium room. I really loved it.

The hotel staff is friendly, happy to help hotel guests, the facilities are clean and tidy, GoFood food is available everywhere nearby.

There are plenty of vouchers for staying in the Junior Suites. The rooms are spacious, and most importantly, the royal tea is delicious. Breakfast is delicious, there's Netflix, and the hot water is a fairly modern model.

Adequate facilities and room sizes are available. Suggestions are that the facilities be made more modern.

The service was good, although there was queue for check in, it was so fast. Nice staff, helpfull staff.

There was a guest having a birthday, when we entered the check-in room we were given a birthday cake and a greeting on the glass, what a surprise.

Okay, the receptionist service was fine. The only thing that was surprising was that one female breakfast server, when asked to get a waffle, said "later." And without asking, she approached again. Even though we passed each other a few times, she was indifferent, as if nothing had happened. The air conditioning in the room was cold. However, the hairdryer had hair from a previous customer on the cord.
