Strategic location from Jakarta, comfortable hotel & facilities with beautiful views

Our stay was great. The location, the facilities the staff and the living conditions were excellent. lovely place. Management may want to look at the cooking facilities at Villa 18 as we were unable to cook. Even though the staff changed the cook top, we were not able to cook as the power was very low and it would not heat up to the required level. This was very disappointing as it created inconvenience and we had to find alternative methods for dinner. If we knew that this would be the case, we would not have made plans to cook at the villa. Please look into it. At the moment, the advertising that the villas offer cooking facilities is not accurate and misleading. Thank you for the opportunity to offer feedback.

Thank God I got a free room upgrade because I checked in late afternoon...there is a 300 thousand rupiah deposit that will be refunded upon check out...the staff is friendly & very helpful, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean but the water in the sink and the water after showering takes a while to drain...the towels are clean..if I want to do ablution it's a bit of a hassle because there is no faucet on the wall, there is only a shower...the AC is cold, the breakfast choices are quite a lot and delicious..the swimming pool is not too big but you can borrow towels, there are quite a lot of TV channels, the sandals are flip flops, the amenities are complete, tissue needs to be provided in the room, the balcony is clean, the view around the hotel is good, thank you Pesona Alam..God willing, next time I will stay there again..Aamiin

The atmosphere is pleasant even though it's always raining, which is understandable since it's the end of the year. The staff are all friendly, the place is clean, the environment is cool and beautiful, it's nice and pleasant here.

The hotel staff is very friendly with the best service. The location is not far from Jakarta. The place is cool. I want to go there again.

As for the bathroom, the toilet looked worn. For breakfast, there was very little variety and the food wasn't very tasty. Even something as simple as fried rice wasn't very tasty.

I really enjoyed my time at Pesona Alam Hotel. The scenery is amazing, the atmosphere is peaceful and fun, and the hotel feels very comfortable. A perfect place to relax near Taman Safari.

If staying just one night, it's recommended because the view and location are great. If staying more than one night, it's probably not worth it. - Hot water is unstable. - Air conditioning leaks. - No apology from management. - Food is varied but tastes mediocre. - Maybe more breakfast staff needed. Table clearing is slow, possibly due to limited staff. - We bought cakes via GoFood at 8:50 PM. They didn't inform us or deliver them to our room. We waited until the next day (the next night). I also called/asked the hotel operator if my cake order was ready. They gave a long answer (perhaps everyone was busy). - I asked security to access the hotel system, but they only pointed to us (meaning we were told to walk). If I'm not mistaken, there is a delivery service. - The swimming pool is not very spacious in my opinion. - Access from the rear parking lot (no rain protection) to the rooms, the front office, or breakfast is a bit circuitous (perhaps due to the design). - (Breakfast) The only spoons available at the table were the breakfast spoons. When I asked the staff if there were any other spoons for other dishes, they replied, "Take the next empty table." (Perhaps the spoons weren't ready yet.) + Free parking The bottom line is that the service response is a bit slow, and it seems too relaxed for an international hotel operator. Hopefully, it can improve. 🥸😎

The hotel service was excellent, the atmosphere, and the facilities were all great. The room was clean, and my requests were met. Just a small suggestion: the air conditioning needs to be rechecked, as water drips from it sometimes. Other than that, it was great. I'd definitely come back for a family vacation.

Forest & mountain view. Cold weather. Nice & clean room. Outdoor kid's playground need some refreshment. Breakfast buffet menu quite good, but I think add 1-2 food stalls will be great. Overall very good, I'll be back, maybe I'll try to stay at their villa.

First time staying at the 4-star Pesona Alam hotel. The first impression was good and nice. Nice view of the natural scenery, it's just that the weather was mostly cloudy and rainy, so the mountains were shy to appear. hehe...ok from check in and check out at the hotel, the service was very good. The weather was cool without needing to turn on the AC. The hotel facilities were quite good and complete from the swimming pool, restaurant, mini zoo and children's playground. top deh.
