A star-rated hotel with numerous family events. Elevator waits can be 15-30 minutes for going up or down. Event flow needs improvement. Breakfast is very busy; perhaps more and more breakfast locations need to be allocated.

Basically, every time I have the good fortune to vacation at Hotel Claro, I'm satisfied with everything 🥰 Especially recently, I was upgraded to a more wow-cool place without any additional costs 🤗

Service and facilities: First time staying at Claro and honestly surprised because men are not allowed to wear swimsuits to swim, that's the area below the navel. It's strange because swimming in other 4-star hotels is not like this. Also, during check-in, it wasn't very helpful, the receptionist didn't ask if they knew where breakfast was? Not everyone knows that. Is this how a 4-star hotel is?
