Comfortable, good facilities, really nice atmosphere, cool.

Clean, comfortable, cheap and cool atmosphere.

The hotel area is easy to reach. On the edge of the main road. The place is spacious, cool & beautiful. Nice view. But for those using wheelchairs, it is not recommended because of the stairs. The swimming pool is clean, the upper one is for children, the lower one is for adults with a depth of approximately 1.5 meters. The room has 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets & 1 living room and 1 balcony. Above it there is a rooftop for relaxing. And surprisingly the food is delicious. Usually, if it's a hotel, the food is just okay. But this is delicious & boldly spiced. The fried food is the best. Even though it's cold, it's still crunchy like eating tempura. Recommended

Comfortable and good for healing, friendly staff and cleanliness is quite clean, there is a clean swimming pool, the view is very nice, it is suitable for refreshing, the rooms are also clean and fragrant.

In my opinion, the hotel is okay for the price, very suitable for a staycation because the hotel already has a cafe, playground for children, swimming pool (minus the cold water), fish pond, soccer field, gazebo. It's really all in one, no need to go anywhere.. I think the breakfast is worth the price, for that amount, it's good, but the food is already cold. The room is also quite clean and there is warm water, but I don't know if the blanket was washed or not because it feels strange.. Overall, I like the hotel because it's spacious and has lots of places.

strategic location, bungalow needs repair on wooden floor (nails sticking out), spring bed mattress needs to be replaced, bathroom light needs to be brighter, bathroom floor needs to be replaced, and breakfast variety and taste needs to be improved again

The outdoor area is poorly maintained, though the place could be nice if maintained. The food is lacking in flavor and variety. Otherwise, the place is comfortable and shady.

broken tv, dusty sheets and lots of itchy spots, there was a hole in the wall where cockroaches got in. my complaint was not responded to (it turned out that after I checked the staff who had come to the room and said they would report it to management, in fact they had not reported anything to management, I heard their conversation myself, so I asked for a room or hotel relocation). After I was relocated to another hotel with the same management, the walls around the AC were very moldy, the shower was full of moss, finally I immediately left the hotel, even though I lost money but my health and comfort with my family were maintained. Sorry, I gave this comment so that it can be a learning experience for the future to be better.

all good, the staff was friendly, but the towel in the bathroom was quiet dirty. but overall all is worth it

The room is very ordinary, the amenities are incomplete, I asked for tissue from the night before but they didn't give me any. The hotel is actually very good but maybe there is a lack of maintenance. Maybe it's for homework so that the condition of the hotel can be maintained again because actually this hotel would be good if the maintenance was also running.

It's really great. The atmosphere is beautiful, cool, green with trees, peaceful. Awesome!

Overall it's okay, but there are several things that need to be improved, including: the variety of breakfast foods needs to be considered, and also the wifi network coverage is still not optimal.

I get dirty bedsheet and pillow case ,i booking executive edelweis purple room which is not look like an executive room. The breakfast only fried rice with fried chicken and little bit of eg,shrimp crisp,with tahu isi and tape goreng.

the room is damp, it should be painted again

The natural atmosphere of the mountains is calming.
