Actually the hotel is good because of the natural atmosphere but if it is under maintenance. There are many shortcomings for a 4-star hotel. I ordered 3 rooms, 1 room the AC was broken and there was no response from the hotel to fix it until the next day so we were hot in room 605 catteleya. Even in the room there is no hairdryer for the size of a 4-star hotel, no slippers and cups in the room should be provided with coasters and small spoons.
