Everything's good. The only drawback is one: in the Prince room, the window is very glaring in the morning. Suitable for morning people, but not for those who like to wake up late because it's already glaring from 6 AM. Maybe the curtains can be replaced with a darker color so it doesn't penetrate.

It's incredibly comfortable because kids can get up close and interact with animals. Parents can also enjoy the village atmosphere and delicious food, and it's a great way to spend some family time before returning to Korea.

The hotel's ambiance is highly recommended for healing and family vacations. The service is very friendly, and the food is delicious. I'll definitely be back. Maintain the quality in all aspects.

It's not far from the Bawen Toll Road, with a full range of hotel entertainment options, and the New Celosia tourist attraction nearby. It's a complete experience, and I'd love to come back again.

Climbing stairs is contraindicated for the elderly, and there's a sad lack of toilets. Long corridors with no staff for information, etc. It's excruciating, especially when you urgently need to defecate or urinate. Hell, hell.

Upon check-in, I was told the animal feeding facility was unavailable due to a wedding. However, at 11 PM, the hotel staff were noisy with tents and wedding preparations. I don't understand if this is usually done during their supposed rest time, 11:00 PM - 1:00 AM. Is this usually when people are cleaning up or what? The problem is, the room isn't soundproof. The next morning, when I checked out, I was told that animal feeding was possible (the WhatsApp message also said 8:00 AM when I was preparing to check out), but I had already made a reservation.

Good and recommended for family hotels, but the family room smells a bit like it's never been used, other than that it's good.

Stayed overnight and it was already 8 pm when we checked in, but the staff still served us well and were even willing to provide a mini tart and a small surprise for our child's birthday. The warm swimming pool was also very pleasant in the middle of the cool weather. The garden was nice and well-maintained, suitable for a little healing from Semarang, thank you.

The location is not far from Bandungan town square. The road is uphill but still passable by car. A good choice for staying in the Bandungan area. Beautiful views, greenery. Well managed. There is a mini zoo. Warm water swimming pool, sauna, and cold pool. Massage services are available, which are good and not too expensive. The food at the restaurant is also delicious. Ordered mixed rice and fried duck, mantul. The fried duck is a winner, tender yet crispy. The service is very good. Overall, it's worth the money.
