I upgraded my room to Bromo which had air conditioning, but it turned out the air conditioning wasn't cold, and there wasn't a single mirror in the room, the bed was damp, and the location was strategic, right on the side of the main road.

The location is very strategic, all the staff are friendly. The AC is cold, the pool is clean. However, the toilet amenities are lacking. The shower jet broke and I reported it immediately, and it was fixed immediately. The service is really top-notch for the strategic location, the staff is great, and the price is affordable.
