The hotel staff is friendly. It's strategically located on the main road of Puncak, close to Indomaret and ATMs. Although the room was dated, it was very clean. The hot water worked well. There's a heated swimming pool, a children's pool, an adult pool, and a children's play area. Thank you.

The service was very friendly and provided options and was quick to respond. I had two issues. 1. The water dispenser leaked, leaving the gallon of water empty. I reported it immediately, and the dispenser and gallon of water were replaced. 2. The bathroom hot water tap leaked, causing the room to smoke. This was also quickly resolved. The only downside is that the TV is still a tube TV, with many channels missing. The location is spacious, so it's tiring to go to the hot spring pool. There's something unique about the staff: most of them are older, but they're quick to respond.

A truly family-friendly, vintage guesthouse. Plenty of playgrounds for kids. The pools at Merapi and Rinjani are also great. The area is very spacious, perfect for an evening or morning stroll. An Indomaret is right around the corner, and there's even a DIY outlet nearby. ATMs are also quite complete, including Mandiri, BCA, and Panin. Each room has air conditioning, but I didn't use it because the temperature was already cold. One suggestion: perhaps the bathroom mat should be upgraded to a thicker, more absorbent one to prevent the room from getting muddy. At night, please turn on the lights facing the Rinjani pool (like in the catalog photo) to make it more pleasing to the eye and for the kids to play comfortably.

A hotel with an extraordinary space. There are modern and vintage areas, but both are accessible to guests staying anywhere. There's a great hot tub and two swimming pools. Plenty of green space for playing soccer, badminton, and tennis. There's also a children's playground. Access is right off the main road, so there's no need to worry about getting in and out of alleys.

Surprisingly, the location is right on the main road, still downhill, not too far from the toll gate. I used the Rinjani, which is new, nice, clean, and has its own swimming pool. I was satisfied.

Got a recommendation from Google hotel for year-end holiday, because almost most of the hotels were full, finally I decided to choose this hotel, with facilities that initially I thought were enough for my needs such as hot water, and I requested for non-smoking, the ending was really bad, the room was dirty to the point there were cockroaches on the bed, the bathroom was dirty and the mat was so wet that it was not replaced, I felt very disappointed with the price doubled during the holiday season but my expectations were not met, because I did not get the room according to what I ordered, I had asked for a hot water kettle but it was not there then I asked for the mat to be replaced, it was replaced but with a dirty one the only difference was that it was not wet, finally I decided to check out, check in at 10 pm check out at 11 pm. Because my position was bringing a 7-month-old baby, with a hotel that was in poor condition it was not suitable for bringing a baby.
