The hotel is okay…the bed is spacious and comfortable…suggestion: for the public bathroom area of the hotel, please ask for it to be cleaned because the smell is quite disturbing. The food is okay🙏

A memorable and comfortable stay experience

We originally intended to rest while traveling from Surabaya to Jakarta. We chose the Louis Kienne Pemuda Hotel, unsure of the exact location. It turned out to be easy to find, as it's located in the heart of Semarang. Upon arrival, the hotel's parking area was spacious, making it easy to park, although the entrance to the building was a bit cramped. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, as our room was ready, the bathroom and bathroom area were clean, and all the amenities were complete and functioning properly. Initially, we intended to just rest, but the hotel's strategic location made us eager to explore the area. It's close to the mall, the Old Town, and Semarang's delicious culinary delights. We were very satisfied with our stay at the Louis Kienne Pemuda Hotel. Thank you.

Overall, everything is satisfying and enjoyable..it's just not soundproof..so you can hear the activities in the next room..it makes it uncomfortable.

The room is quite spacious and the bed is comfortable. The swimming pool is really cool, especially at night (unfortunately, I didn't take a photo). But unfortunately, the breakfast is just so-so and the variety is not much and not very interesting.

The hotel staff were unprofessional in conveying information, so we had to leave the hotel in a hurry, as we were staying out of town and had an appointment at the hospital. Quite disappointing.

Location and cleanliness of the room are okay, but parking is difficult

The glass is cracked & not cleaned every day (still has coffee stains from yesterday. The bed cover (lining) has lots of stains.

The room is okay. The location is very good. Parking is a bit tight, but there are plenty of parking spaces. The service is friendly. The only thing lacking is the breakfast. For a 4-star hotel, the selection is very limited.

This hotel is really cool, satisfied to be able to stay here, close to the mall, only 5 minutes walk, fell in love with the night view at the swimming pool, visible city lights. Not too much breakfast variety. Staycation with family is very suitable at this hotel.

Got the corner room, the room was not very clean. I don't know why I got a room that didn't feel like a hotel, but like a boarding house. The TV was old, and broken because when I turned it on, all the shows were purple. Please replace the TV, it's hotel-grade and quite expensive, check if it still works properly. In the morning, the TV suddenly turned off by itself and wouldn't turn back on, luckily I was about to check out. The room lock was difficult to open, I had to call the receptionist because I couldn't get out of the room, it happened twice that I couldn't open the lock. The door also seemed to need maintenance. This hotel was good in its time, maybe, but now it needs a lot of repairs. It's a shame that many hotels at that price have good room facilities.
