The food lacked variety and tasted mediocre for a star-rated hotel, and there wasn't even cereal. The room was extremely poorly soundproofed; I could still hear the activities and conversations of others in the room behind me.

The room is really beautiful according to the photo. Unfortunately, the lights are lacking in my opinion, so it feels like the room is immediately told to sleep, ehehhe can't do activities like work. The room is also not soundproof. Once asked for a replacement hairdryer because the one in the room was broken, and asked for toilet paper because we didn't make up the room, it took quite a long time to come, about 30 minutes. Maybe this isn't a drawback, but it's a shame the TV can't connect to apps like Netflix and others. But still, the room is beautiful! Regarding the location, it seems quite strategic because it's relatively close to our destinations. Thank you, LK Pemuda!

A really good hotel in the city center, everything is clean. The breakfast was also really good even though I had takeaway because I was on holiday and in a hurry. Only the room lights were not bright enough in my opinion. For someone on duty like me who has to open a laptop at night to work on a report, it's a bit difficult because the lights are dim 😬. Yes, hotels are made for resting, right 😁 but for "coolies" like me who have to open a laptop at night because I visit shops and areas during the day, it's a bit distracting. Maybe they could provide a bit brighter lights. But overall, everything is really good 👍

I stayed with my family and booked 2 rooms. There were a sky pool and playground in it. Love it. Kids were so happy. The staff were also friendly and great. It was a wonderful and memorable stay. I’ll be back to LK Pemuda 💙

Booked two rooms because the hotel was full, we were upgraded to an apartment with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, and a movie room at no additional cost. It's fully equipped for both staycations and business trips. The bathroom floor needs to be extra careful because it's slippery and dangerous. So far, everything is good. We didn't try eating at the hotel. The elevator was a bit slow, perhaps because it was the holiday season, as it was crowded. If you're bringing a vehicle, be careful when parking; it's safer for small or medium-sized cars.

The atmosphere and environment are comfortable, child- and family-friendly. The room and bathroom were lacking in cleanliness, with traces of trash and belongings from previous guests remaining. The tissues in the room were not refilled. The door was very heavy (it required some effort to close it). The room was not soundproof (sounds from the adjoining room were slightly disturbing).

Scam, the restaurant only has a 2-star hotel menu. Calls from the receptionist's room on the 28th went unanswered. The TV was dark, like in a village. The Wi-Fi was weak.
