I apologize if this review is less than satisfactory. Personally, I hope this can be constructive feedback.
Exactly in 2022, after Covid-19, I stayed at the LK Hotel. The experience was very unpleasant, but I understand that the entire hotel industry is struggling to survive.
Seeing the newly refreshed room made me want to stay at the LK Hotel again.
I really liked the minimalist design of the bathroom and room. The vibe was very present.
The only issues were room service and cleanliness. I called room service around 11:30 PM twice, but no one answered.
And in my opinion, cleanliness is a major issue for LK Hotel management. From the carpet in the room to the stains on the bed, the telephone, and the bathroom walls, these were some of my concerns.
The staff at Reception were very friendly and helpful. 👍
