Nice, luxurious, comfortable hotel. Nice, luxurious, comfortable room, but lacking Netflix.
All of them are B+, except:
1. The parking system is lacking. I had to go to the receptionist several times to claim free parking. It should have been explained in as much detail as possible from check-in. Initially, it was okay that we had to register first (using a ticket). It's true that the receptionist recommended using e-toll/e-money, so I followed that up once I registered. It turned out that I had to bring my e-toll/e-money card, and I had to go to the parking lot again. So the system should be clarified and even improved.
2. If you're staying here by car, you need to have excellent driving skills, as the parking lot is very narrow. Even the main parking lot is narrow.
3. There are no directions on the hotel layout at all, so you have to ask the receptionist where the playground is, where the swimming pool is, where the fitness center is, and where the restaurant is. Where are the floors? There's no information at all. 4. The hotel lobby is integrated with the travel agency, so we have to be patient while waiting for them to pick up and drop off passengers.
