For a 4-star hotel, toiletries are not provided. I had to call several times and go down to the lobby to ask for help before they responded. Even then, it took an hour and a half. The sheets smelled musty and had hair on them, the carpet smelled and was full of dust. I don't think I'll be going there again. The towels were discolored, and some of the lights in the room were out. There are so many downsides.

We ran out of soap, the Wi-Fi was on and off while the Telkomsel signal was spotty, so we were practically back in the old days without internet. Breakfast was very limited in choice and tasted just okay! It's true that the old hotel smelled a bit musty!

The room was clean and quite comfortable, but the parking lot was very narrow and the staff service was less than satisfactory. You also had to call the receptionist several times to get the number answered.

will not stay here again if in Semarang
1. complained that the bathroom exhaust was dead, they said that the exhaust did not make any sound but it was actually on, if it was on the bathroom would not smell
2. stayed for 2 days but the glass was not replaced, I complained but they said that the SOP was not replaced. after I complained the glass was only rinsed without soap and even worse they rinsed it in the room sink
3. towels at the swimming pool were always empty with the excuse that the laundry was late

first time staying here, overall quite satisfied, friendly staff, hotel area and room are clean, close to the city center, kids friendly but the minus in my room number 1103 the refrigerator is not cold, the TV is dark not bright even though it is set still dark, have called the staff but it took a long time to come until calling 2 times, wifi is a bit slow for a 4 star hotel, the swimming pool floor has many cracks that are prone to being hit by feet, the elevator is old, the car park is a bit narrow to access.
