This was my first time staying at the Hotel Louise Kienne. It's very comfortable, artistic, clean, and has friendly staff. It's also very reasonably priced. The location is strategic, close to culinary spots and souvenir shops. God willing, I'll stay at this hotel next time I visit Semarang. Recommended👍

Twin bed size is large, not single. Firm, with thick and soft plush. Japanese nuance room decoration, pastel colors. Bright but shady lighting because there is no direct light, comfortable on the eyes. Super clean, well maintained, everything works well. Hot shower is always ready. Big TV, quite complete selection.

Stay overnight to rest in the middle of a long journey. Japanese-style room decoration, minimalist, pastel colors. There is no direct light from the lamp. Shady, bright but not dazzling, comfortable on the eyes. Firm bed, with soft plush, makes for a good night's sleep. Two pillow choices, soft for sleeping and thick hard for leaning on while watching TV or reading. both are large sizes typical of star hotels. Breakfast on the 5th floor has many separate areas so it is more private. I like the Chinese food menu the most, besides western and local Nusantara. Infinity pool, spacious. Currently renovating the dining area next to it. Children's playground in the open air but protected from sunlight because it is flanked by tall buildings on 3 sides. Well-maintained facilities, super clean 👍👍👍 Staff service is very friendly, efficient, informative, making it easy for guests to enjoy the existing facilities.

The room was extremely dirty, full of dust and dirt, and the food variety was extremely limited. There are plenty of other, more decent hotels for the same price. I won't be returning here again!

The hotel is pretty old. Some kind of rusty carpet and smell, but the maintenance is good. They really need to renovate the pool area. Other than that, the location is super strategic.

The rooms are large, affordable, and offer easy access to the city center. One thing to note is that the hallway leading to the rooms smells damp. Furthermore, parking is very narrow when you're getting in. There should be signs or an attendant on standby. Recommended for family hotels in downtown Semarang. Cheers! 🍻

The hotel staff were all friendly, from the doormen and reception girls to housekeeping, restaurant staff, and even the pool staff. Everyone was very helpful. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was quite tasty. The only downside was that the rooms weren't soundproof. During my stay, I could hear people walking around and talking in the next room. Overall, the service was good.
