Room was not cleaned properly

Every time I go to Bandung, I always check in at the hotel here.

We stayed on August 3, 2025, to accompany our child to pick up their alma mater jacket at Unpad. I was very impressed with the friendly receptionist and the neat and beautiful room layout. The breakfast was also quite extensive, and of course, the view and swimming pool were beautiful and Instagrammable.

The hotel staff is friendly, the view from the room is nice.

Clean room, pool view, cool AC. This hotel's icon... the view of the railway bridge. Restaurant food includes fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, spicy grilled chicken, yellow rice, buryam, chocolate cereal, watermelon, papaya, nutrijell pudding, and strawberry butter toast. Not bad.

Access to the accommodation requires careful consideration as the roads need repair and are not wide enough. Otherwise, it's fine.

Sorry, the photos were accidentally deleted. The location is quite strategic, close to the Unpad campus. From behind the hotel, you can see the mysterious Jatinangor Ring Bridge. The bridge is a bit spooky, but the hotel itself isn't. The hotel is integrated with an apartment. It's quite comfortable, with good facilities at a competitive price.

Beautiful Views at the Pool I stayed in a standard twin-bed room. The room was very small, a room that was supposed to be for one person, but it was squeezed into a twin bed, making it cramped. The bed was comfortable. The sink was outside the bathroom. Mineral water and a water boiler were provided. The large windows faced the outside, allowing plenty of light when the curtains were open. There was a small window that could be opened to let in fresh air. The room was clean. The most special thing was the beautiful view from the pool. The pool is outdoor, with an infinity pool concept, offering a truly beautiful view. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Furthermore, there's an Indomaret on the premises, making it easy to buy toiletries and breakfast. Value for money is okay, overall.

A hotel combined with an apartment. Strategically located near campus. Very close to residential areas. Good facilities for the price. The staff is quite friendly. Everything works, including hot water.

The view is nice, the air is cool and it's close to the city, but parking for check in or check out is a bit difficult, it's too narrow.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are minimalist and not very large, but just right for one or two people. The rooms are comfortable for studying, with a comfortable desk. There's a sink and refrigerator. The bathroom has a working water heater. There's an Indomaret downstairs, so it's not a hassle. There's a balcony too! The location is close to schools, so it might be a bit noisy in the mornings when there are ceremonies. It's a family-friendly place, and many students stay there. For the price and the facilities provided, I give it a 9/10 rating. If my family comes to Jatinangor, I'll stay here again.

The atmosphere is comfortable, it's really worth it for a family vacation

The room turned out to be smaller than it appeared in the booking photos. Many of the curtain hooks were loose, so they didn't close properly. The food was very limited in variety and quantity, and the taste was mediocre.

Pros: beautiful views, especially around the pool area, cool air. Cons: cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms, needs improvement, parking is limited, and the road to the hotel is not smooth.

Satisfactory service, clean, neat.

Every time we visit our children who are studying in the Jatinangor area, we always stay at the Dhika Hotel..., the price and hotel facilities are quite satisfactory.
