I really enjoyed staying at the Dhika Serenity Hotel. The hotel is close to the ITB Jatinangor and is easily accessible to other locations. Check-in and check-out were also very easy. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Jatinangor.

We stayed on August 3, 2025, to accompany our child to pick up their alma mater jacket at Unpad. I was very impressed with the friendly receptionist and the neat and beautiful room layout. The breakfast was also quite extensive, and of course, the view and swimming pool were beautiful and Instagrammable.

The rooms were nice and clean, with balconies offering a comfortable view of the rice fields, gardens, and the ring bridge. The swimming pool was clean and comfortable for swimming and allowing for some aesthetic photos. The breakfast menu could be improved, but overall, it was good.

Compared to competing hotels in Jatinangor, it was actually pretty good, but our bathroom smelled of septic tank. We had breakfast at 8:00, and many of the food was empty, taking a long time to refill. Even when refills were available, the quantity wasn't much, leading to a scramble with other guests. We and many other guests ended up waiting a second time. Suggestion: If the menu selection isn't extensive, it's best to increase the stock to avoid waiting and fighting over food.
