The friendliness of the receptionist and other staff needs to be improved. The elevator takes a long time to wait. I left food but had to go down to the reception. In some hotels, they provide a service to help pick up the food to be left. Because the elevator is slow, it was quite an effort for us to go up and down to the lobby. The table in the room had coffee grounds that had spilled since the first day and were not cleaned until the third day of my stay. The yellowed pillowcases should be replaced because they look dirty.

The shower has a good, strong water flow. However, the bed sheets and pillowcases are all yellowed. Dirty, not white.

The highest hotel in Palembang. You can see downtown Palembang from the rooftop. I've stayed here many times. The food is good quality and varied. Friendly service. Clean rooms. Close to Transmart, Masterpiece, and Pempek P Raden.

Overall, I am very satisfied, but when I borrowed the mukena, the front seam was torn and there was only one tie to tie it around my head, so the mukena was not suitable for use. It should have been checked first before lending it to the guest. Just some input, thank you.
