This is my second stay at Zuri. It was great before. But this time, I'm really disappointed... The first one. I already knew that at Zuri, there's a rule that Gojek/Grab Food isn't allowed in the lobby, so it's outside the security area (pickup point) and must be received by guests directly. And so far, yesterday was fine... Well, on the last day before check out, a Go-Send delivery came from a box of pempek (the sender didn't inform me beforehand) while I was outside the hotel. I asked if I could just pick it up outside, but the security guard and receptionist said that according to the rules, they weren't allowed to accept such deliveries. I finally told Gojek to just leave it there, but it turned out they told me to wait until the guests arrived, because they didn't want it lost. Strange... this hotel's rules are so inflexible. The second time, we returned on August 17th, and that night, my husband forgot his pouch containing toiletries. I asked my sister to check with Zuri on August 19th, and it was there. What's surprising is that they didn't try to contact us or send us a WhatsApp message, even though we were asked for our phone number. It seems like if they hadn't asked, the pouch would have disappeared.

The hotel is centrally located, close to the mall, and the rooms are spacious, but the soundproofing isn't great. The food is quite good, but the fried rice is a bit bland. Unfortunately, my husband didn't get a free birthday cake when he checked in for his birthday, hehehe.
