Staff was super friendly and helpful. I had contacted them through WhatsApp beforehand and they were able to reserve a connecting, non-smoking room for me even though I arrived at 11 PM. The hotel decor was bright and gave off a nice and clean vibe. Unfortunately, I came across a baby cockroach in the bathroom, which I reported when checking out. There was a spread for breakfast buffet: fruits and salads, lontong, bubur, pempek, kue lupis, and even Indomie. Location is convenient, being right in a supermarket complex, with lots of parking. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

The place is comfortable, clean, and the staff are friendly. Please explain the parking issue, as it was our first time, so we paid a fair amount for parking in front, around Rp. 40,000. The receptionist didn't explain how to get a stamp.

Upon check-in, I swear I was disgusted by the customer service, who didn't explain anything. The pool was filthy, the changing rooms were filthy, and no one was on standby to clean them. The rooms were also just average, nothing special at all, and there wasn't even Netflix. A 4-star hotel felt like a 1-star hotel.
