I used to stay here often, and the food was very varied and delicious. But when I stayed last time, the food variety wasn't as great and the taste was inconsistent. For example, one day the pempek cuko was really good, but the next day it was too sweet. The restaurant service is really lacking now. There are still a lot of customers, but those working have already taken their food, so the food is often empty and it takes a long time to refill it, even though I had breakfast around 9:00.

Very poor service. I asked for a room key replacement at reception, but they only pretended to fix it. The key still didn't work when I got to the room. The elevator to the rooms is also very slow. The staff doesn't seem to care about guests. Disappointing.

It's pretty cool, but I haven't tried the swimming pool yet. The hotel itself is nice. However, at night, my nose hurts due to the smoke that seeps into the lobby. Breakfast is complete and varied. This is the best 4-star hotel in Palembang right now.
