Great location, and in the city center, easy to find food, very close to the mall. The room is great. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I had contacted them through WhatsApp beforehand and they were able to reserve a connecting, non-smoking room for me even though I arrived at 11 PM. The hotel decor was bright and gave off a nice and clean vibe. Unfortunately, I came across a baby cockroach in the bathroom, which I reported when checking out. There was a spread for breakfast buffet: fruits and salads, lontong, bubur, pempek, kue lupis, and even Indomie. Location is convenient, being right in a supermarket complex, with lots of parking. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!
