The staff is very friendly. Only the bathroom of our room is a little bit dirty seem like not wash for quite some times bcoz there is stain. Other thing so far very good the bed the space and all. ❤️ Environment safe and convenient.

The hotel is comfortable and satisfying, the hotel also provides rugs, refrigerators, ironing boards, irons, and very comfortable mattresses

Hotel location to my event location is very convenient. Hotel Serapi still insist on deposit of RM100 even though it has been stated that no deposits will be taken in the invoice received from app. Room is just OK as we have to switch to another room due to air conditioning problem. Also, toilet door is faulty and had to push hard to close it.

The room and washroom were clean but only the bed was a bit hard.

This hotel near the tourist attraction, but if you guys want to park your car need to make an early reservation as it was limited car park area. The room that I've stayed a bit dirty, dusty, and their toilet have some mold at the wall. Lastly their restaurant service were excellent, their food were tasty.

The receptionist is not friendly, check out must be on time, just asking for prayer time will be charged if it is later than 12 o'clock.

1. The room for 3 people that I booked has no air conditioning and has been changed to a 2-room apartment which is very comfortable. Thank you very much for being able to stay for 3 days. 2. The staff are all friendly and welcoming.

Good but deposit rm100 is expensive. Should get rm50 for deposit.

I'm silent, this hotel comments the room is ok, only the breakfast, the cup for breakfast is still dirty, yellow, not clean and the breakfast food is pound bread moldy and black, I have no appetite to eat.. I'm afraid of stomach ache.. thank you very much.. I'm very sorry about the breakfast only. .
