Nice and comfortable.. Right next to Gleneagles Hospital… and suitable for walking and jogging on Gurney Drive.

We found a problem with the facility in the room, but it was fixed immediately. The host is reachable at any time.

It's a shame the unit wasn't well-maintained. Numerous insects, mites, and ants roamed the room and the mattress. The headboard was lined with creepy-skinning mites (only a small portion of which was documented, there are many in the original). They even crawled onto the curtains.

Near to Northam Beach and easy to go to Gleneagles Hospital. The room and the mansion owner are great and helpful.

If you are planning to visit Penang and get a check-up at Gleneagles Hospital, then staying at Mansion One is the best option. It is very convenient and makes access to the hospital much easier. The staff are also very helpful, friendly, and responsive. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of space for families. The location is strategic as well—it’s not too far from George Town’s street art area and only a 5-minute walk to Northam Beach Café, which is a great bonus. I had a great stay at Mansion One and would highly recommend it.

This is my second time staying at Mansion One by Skyhive. I've been very pleased, especially with Miss Gina's quick response, clean rooms, easy check-in, and a well-equipped kitchen.
