The bed is spacious enough for a family of 3 children, the unit has complete facilities.

Nice apartment and cheap, too. Very family-friendly. It’s exactly next to Gleneagles Hospital, and there's a Wellings Pharmacy right beside it. Getting around is easy with Grab, and you can catch a bus to Komtar right in front of the building.

Overall it's good and the view is really nice.

it was a pleasant stay, the room is comfort, easy access, next to the hospital which the main reason we come to Penang, facility is OK, wifi speed, Aircon, water heater, all is OK. Definitely will come back here when visiting Penang.

If you go above 4 adults, you must take this, because you have a private room, feels like home.

The first room we got was full of cockroaches. But the host was very helpful and immediately upgraded to a larger, but more importantly, cleaner room. The unit was okay for the price, a bit pricey if you're alone or with two people. It's worth it if you're traveling with a group.

Location near culinary places and hospitals, comfortable place

It’s a self check-in and check-out place near the hospital. Sometimes it’s a bit inconvenient because some rooms have automatic doors, and they don’t provide a tap card to access the entrance. So, you have to ask the security every time you want to enter the floor or your room.

The staff is quite friendly via WA, all self-service, even picking up the key did not meet the person, only the security guard was found in the apartment lobby, all via WA were guided for self check-in and check-out, I have given positive and constructive feedback to the staff via WA for improvement and there must be a control function from other staff after being cleaned by the cleaning staff, because the evidence is that it was done carelessly by the cleaning staff, so the floor still feels dusty, the bed also feels like the sheets are still dusty, and there are many small cockroaches running around on the floor, bathroom, kitchen, and under the bed. There are too many rules that are felt to be very rigid for guests who stay.

Easy check in and check out process, not far from Gurney, and easy to start traveling anywhere, and not far from Penang Road, Georgetown area, will choose to stay here again, clean and comfortable environment.
