If you are planning to visit Penang and get a check-up at Gleneagles Hospital, then staying at Mansion One is the best option. It is very convenient and makes access to the hospital much easier. The staff are also very helpful, friendly, and responsive. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of space for families. The location is strategic as well—it’s not too far from George Town’s street art area and only a 5-minute walk to Northam Beach Café, which is a great bonus. I had a great stay at Mansion One and would highly recommend it.

Nice apartment and cheap, too. Very family-friendly. It’s exactly next to Gleneagles Hospital, and there's a Wellings Pharmacy right beside it. Getting around is easy with Grab, and you can catch a bus to Komtar right in front of the building.

It's a shame the unit wasn't well-maintained. Numerous insects, mites, and ants roamed the room and the mattress. The headboard was lined with creepy-skinning mites (only a small portion of which was documented, there are many in the original). They even crawled onto the curtains.
