The hotel is close to the airport transfer center, with a souvenir shop nearby. The rooms are fragrant and clean. The only downside is the bathroom lighting isn't bright enough.

The hotel is strategically located right in the city center. The service is excellent, the rooms are nice, and the views are also great. Overall, the hotel is nice, but we were woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of people chatting and laughing from the next room. However, this hotel is definitely recommended if you're in Surabaya.

This is my umpteenth time staying at this hotel. The location is strategic, close to Tunjungan Plaza Mall, so it's just a short walk. As for the room, I got a corner room, which was clean, but the bathroom wasn't very clean, with some scale on the glass. The receptionist was a bit unfriendly, unlike the previous one. Could it be because I got a cheap room and a promotional price?
