All is good, the location is really nice in the middle of the city, luckily I booked well in advance, otherwise it would have been fully booked.

All the staff are very friendly, and the food is really delicious.

+: Location close to TP, roadside, comfortable room, soft and comfortable mattress, luggage storage, friendly staff, close to everywhere, clean, non-itchy mattress, water dispenser outside the room, got the 18th floor, great view, super cold AC. -: Parking is not spacious, the room is not spacious, but it is sufficient if you are just staying alone. The shower in room 1803 was a bit troublesome, the towels were also a bit dull, the floor was not carpeted but there were hotel slippers.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The food was delicious and varied. The rooms were also nice and clean with a view of Tunjungan Plaza. Tunjungan Plaza is also very close, just a 650-meter walk. I was very satisfied with my stay here. 🤩🥰

From the moment I entered the room until I checked out, I heard the sound of chairs sliding. It was so loud in the middle of the night that I couldn't sleep. The sound only stopped at 1 a.m. And the sound above was very clearly audible, the sliding, whether human or something, was very noisy from 6 p.m. in the afternoon. There were several times of sliding, and it continued until 1 a.m. I was on the 9th floor, no. 918. (For the view and location, it's good, but that's all there is to it)

Early check-in is possible, making it quite convenient. I think it's a good place to stay if you're in Surabaya for work or business.

Good service, clean rooms and quite varied breakfast.
