From the moment I entered the room until I checked out, I heard the sound of chairs sliding. It was so loud in the middle of the night that I couldn't sleep. The sound only stopped at 1 a.m. And the sound above was very clearly audible, the sliding, whether human or something, was very noisy from 6 p.m. in the afternoon. There were several times of sliding, and it continued until 1 a.m. I was on the 9th floor, no. 918. (For the view and location, it's good, but that's all there is to it)

Very comfortable and modern hotel with an upscale feel. The room was well equipped, with a safe locker, universal power sockets, and a nice city view. The universal sockets and in-room safe were especially useful for us as international travelers. Breakfast was excellent, with a very wide variety of food, including three soup options, many savory dishes, and a good selection of desserts. It was hearty, filling, and one of the best breakfasts we had during our trip. The hotel also has in-house laundry, while reception can arrange pickup from outside laundries. Money changers, convenience stores, and shopping malls are nearby. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay in Surabaya.

The Tunjungan area is quite close and within walking distance. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, with cool air conditioning. There's a Surabaya souvenir shop next door, so it's not far if you're looking for souvenirs.
