The location is only a few light walks away from Tunjungan Plaza, which is nice. The room itself is nice and a proper rest is possible here. I applaud the shower too which has functioning partition door to separate it from the toilet. For this price, its really good!

It was a good experience staying here for 2 nights. all staff are helpful and always smile. the lobby smells good and the room is spacious. I will stay here if I visit surabaya again.

All just perfect for us, the only problem when we ordered toilet tissue took so long and did not delivered or could so late that we were slept.

Very worst hotel very dirty. For hygiene purposes Please make sure change bedsheets every single days I saw the housekeeping never change the bedsheets. The floor never mop or sweep and toilet very dirty. The pillow case have a tier/hole here and there seem like sleep at old house or haunted house, I order food from the restaurant they charge me overpriced in the menu they wrote included tax etc but in a facts need to pay tax etc.
