Really poor, room was tiny with ta tiny tv propped up against the wall not even on a stand. Everything felt unclean, lampshade hanging off, blind had holes in it and bed not comfortable. The only good thing was how close it was to walk to town centre

Property was ok. Door was hard to open. The desk clerk was very helpful at check-in but her substitute was wearing headphones and always on the phone and speaking very loudly and we could hear him in our room which was about 20 feet from the check-in desk. The room smelled like someone just used the bathroom and that was not pleasant. Turning on the AC helped mitigate the smell.

Parking was good, property very run down. Bed clean comfortable. Shower hot. Room it self very basic and run down. No where to hang clothes. Quite dusty and dirty Reviews showed full breakfast for the price, only poor continental was provided. Very disappointing stay,

Stayed there 2 years ago, breakfast was excellent. This visit ended with a breakfast consisting of bread rolls and bacon ! What happened to the egg,sausages, black pudding and mushrooms etc, also no cereal. Will never stay there again !!

It was noisy, room next door kept making noise, I checked out at 3.30am because noise was so excessive. Hallway stinks of cigarette smoke. Smell comes into room.

We booked as a last minute stop point between London and Oxford. The check in was very easy - and conveniently at 2pm which worked really well with our timing. We had a room with 2 twin beds which was a decent size with a good size bathroom - which for the price we paid was value for money. Downside - no elevator - which is really inconvenient if you have a top floor room which we did. Carrying a large suitcase up the 3 flights of narrow stairs was not easy. Not something that can be remedied easily - just a heads up to anyone looking for a pleasant stop point. Breakfast was very simple, could put a little more effort to have cereal or toast options and individual yoghurts instead of a shared pot.

It is perfect for the price! Amazing hot shower, brilliant white bedsheets and comfortable bed. When you are tired after work the rest is a history. Large car park.

Yeah won't be back here. Was quite noisy, breakfast was poor, not even a toaster. And I got bitten by a tick!

Had basement room with basic amenities like tv kettle mugs tea coffee and small milk containers Had shower and toilet, double bed which was fine Bit busy in morning and evening time, but overnight it was peaceful, good stay

The hotel is easy to find, and there's plenty of off-road parking. The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel though is kind of dilapidated and due a makeover - but the rooms and bedding were clean, there was a generous kettle and tea/coffee supply, large mugs. The bathroom well lit and a had good shower. The room was reasonably quiet, and the TV worked (most of the time). Breakfast was a Bacon Butty, or a few cellophane packed items, but unlimited and practical. I would stay there again as it was a bargain price and nothing was wrong/offensive, just a bit run down. If it was all tip-top I would expect it would be more expensive, so it suited me on a low budget this trip.

Only needed a basic room for two nights and it fitted the bill.

I was warmly greeted with a lovely smile by Lily. She was informative and clear with instructions. I saw Lily more than just at my check in and she was always the same, sweet and warm. Jariah - was funny and warm also. My room was clean-ish, here is a list of what needs to be updated and maintained Bins needs cleaning, Toilet brush was not clean, Very dusty behind the toilet, Dusty behind the furniture, Dusty skirting boards, Loose door handle, Need more handing space and hangers for clothes, Cracks in some of the ceiling, spiderwebs and a little mold. The duvet had stains on it after I stripped the bed for the sheets to be washed. I would stay again but i would definitely need these things to be changed for my rating to go up.

Perfect location, gentle walk into town, lots of restaurants to eat at within minutes. Room big enough and certainly warm, clean and presentable. The shower was amazingly powerful, and hot water didn't take an age to come through. Nice car park round the back, with on street if that was full. For what we required is fitted the bill exactly.

Property looked tired and in need of some refurbishment and a lick of paint. Room was clean and decent for the amount however the window was broken. Thin walls such that one could hear other guests in the corridor and nearby rooms. The whole hotel had a strong smell of cigarette smoke from the moment.you walk in all the way up to the rooms...this was really off putting. Management should consider a dedicated smoking area. Overall, not bad for the amount paid and for a night's stay. Basic breakfast provided and access to a microwave available.

Hotel was clean but in need of modernisation. Shower was basic, door locks were basic. Bed was comfortable though.

Cheap stay, good location for us, with parking. Showers hot. Bed was double pushed up against the wall. If you have limited mobility this might be difficult. Shower over bath. Cean bedding and towels. No bathmat. Everywhere clean, just tired. Breakfast limited, just bacon, bread, yoghurt, fruit. Space to sit at breakfast- limited.
