What a wonderful hotel, made extra special by the amazing staff. From the lovely welcome by Callum and Nathan on to any and everyone who made the stay personal, professional and caring. Great room, wonderful feeling of wales, and little touches like rocking chair. Perfect breakfast with both buffet and à la cart, and walking distance from anything you want. Thank you! We’ll be back.

Amazing staff, quirky hotel in a fab location

Amazing staff, Callum who checked us in and out, was quick, funny and professional and I think his name was David, working then late shift on Sunday the 21st. Sorry if I've got his name wrong. both were really helpful. We loved the room and everything was great. I would highly recommend a stay at your hotel to friends. Thank you for a great stay.

Callum on reception was super welcoming and friendly as was the gentleman who checked us in and showed us to our table for breakfast. Our room was clean, spacious and had all the extra amenities you’d expect from a higher end hotel. The breakfast was cooked well with plenty of options, We liked the added touch of being able to order from the kitchen if you didn’t like the buffet offer. Only minimal downside was the alcohol on taps in the bar upstairs were random brands and didn’t taste great. This made us leave earlier than planned.

What a lovely hotel everyone was so helpful and friendly. The room was so good it was a Welsh theme room and was really lovely. We used the Terrace bar which we loved on a warm evening the staff were so helpful as well was surprised it was not fuller.

Second time staying at Hotel Indigo. Rooms are comfy, rooftop restaurant is lovely, staff is polite. Short walk to the bus and tourist attractions. Pride and music festival was going on at Castle Cardiff so many people were out on the street.

Hotel was excellent really clean room funky internal design really cool. Staph are friendly. Sharon was wonderful great bar restaurant on the top floor great position in central Cardiff. We definitely recommend we’re definitely go back

Very clean and modern. Great comfortable room. Great location, right in the heart of Cardiff. Just walk to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Very clean. Helpful staff. Only complaint is the strong perfume they pump into the hallways. My first room smelled so strong that it gave me a headache and had to request a move.

Staff are always lovely room was spotless

The staff was quite helpful. The breakfast was great. My room was neat and clean. However, I returned to my room after a busy day and found that the "Do Not Disturb" sign had not been honored and housekeeping had entered my room. All my personal belongings were left untouched and the room was freshened so not really a problem this time but still was a bit surprised.

A little hidden gem of a hotel. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Quirky decor, lovely rooms with large bathroom and shower. Parking was easy in the nearby Greyfriars car park and the hotel give you a code to get the parking half price (£17 for 24 hours). Will definitely be back!

Had wonderful stay here, hotel is quite unique in its decor with a Welsh theme going on in the rooms which is so lovely, rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable, the staff also are fantastic and so helpful always smiling, breakfast is ace with so much choice, the hotel is situated in an arcade and is right in the city centre. Greyfriars NCP car park is a few minutes walk away and the hotel give you a promotion code so parking is discounted. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
