Nettes Personal beim Check in. Saubere öffentliche Räume, Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden falls man eine Mahlzeit im Hotel einnehmen möchte. Gut gedacht, bedeutet aber nicht gut gemacht. Bett unbequem und quietscht. Bad ohne Seife. Nur Duschgel war vorhanden. Tresor im Zimmer ohne Funktion. Dies wurde auch nicht repariert. Klimaanlage nur auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption nutzbar und dann mit einer ganzen Seite an Instruktionen wie und wie nicht die Klimaanlage genutzt werden darf. Sehr hellhöriges Haus, konnte die ganze Nacht die Babies der anderen Familien hören.

Excellent family run small hotel. Lovely people. Very nice room, comfortable bed, great shower and WiFi. Quiet at night time. They do not have facilities for bike storage and it’s not possible to put them in the elevator. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Overall great place to stay.

The accommodation was very basic but clean and location is excellent. The front desk was not always staffed and had to wait for a few minutes for a very helpful lady to arrive and get the check-in done. It was however quite difficult to communicate with the man who took over for the remainder of my stay. All in all, I'd stay there again but in an upgraded room.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the beautiful receptionist spent time showing us a map of the area and pointed out all places of interest to visit. The hotel was immaculate as was our very spacious room which was cleaned daily by a lovely friendly cleaning lady who offered fresh sheets and towels if required. There was also on offer a range of fresh continental breakfast foods with tea, coffee and juices. The receptionist also booked our taxi back to the airport and made sure it was on time. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the island. Highly recommend this hotel.

Would recommend this hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room we had was very big and very comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall satisfactory. Service was excellent. Room was small - the beds were ok but no heat (it got a little cold at night)

All personnel was very polite, ready to help, the hotel is very clean, nice, new and very close to the beach and center of the city, park Santa Catalina.

A one person renter will probably have no problem with the room. First, the desk clerk did not speak English and has a hard time when we explained our problem. The bathroom had mold in the corners, the toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet paper constantly fell on the floor. The couch bed was just a bed, no couch. The mattress and pillow also had mold. Expedia was informed and they and the hotel management negotiated charging for one night and a cancellation fee. We were told to see the manager the next morning. When we returned the next day, the manager refused to accommodate the agreement and refused to negotiate charging for the week. Horrible customer service.

Great location, updated rooms, and super friendly staff. This hotel was perfect for us. The hotel staff, Juan Fernando, was unbelievably helpful. This will be our go-to hotel for all future visits to Las Palmas. I highly recommend this hotel.
