The room was nice and clean. All the amenities worked. There was a TV connected to TvN Movies, allowing you to watch free Korean movies. The Wi-Fi was fast. The air conditioning was good. The water ran smoothly, even with hot water. Security was good. There was free drinking water. While the exterior might seem like an old, deserted building, and the lobby was dark, the room was nice, even without windows.

Late check-in. Had to wait 15 minutes from 2:00 PM until the room was ready. The room lights were all yellow/dim. Not recommended if you bring a laptop for work in the room. One bright/white light would be preferable.

Dirty room, lots of small cockroaches. Good service. Dirty elevator, lots of handprints. Dirty bathroom, poorly maintained. I didn't eat at the restaurant. There were no glasses in the room, no water heater. Pretty bad, in my opinion.

The staff was quick, but the only downside was that the towels weren't changed daily. The bathroom wasn't clean, with lots of insects, like cockroaches. The room was also infested with cockroaches.
