I've always wanted to stay and vacation at Awana Hotel & Resort. I miss swimming.

It's a convenience place and affordable price.

A great experience, perfect for kids and families. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a great pool and gym, and the rooms are very spacious.

My room is on the 13th floor. In the middle of the night when I sleep, I often hear sounds like a table or chair being moved/creaked.

The hotel rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and access is also easy.

Amazing view from the upper floors, friendly staff, superb ambiance, various activities available, but the breakfast food is basic. Free shuttle bus to gondola is also available every 15 minutes, so this is nice as well.

Everything was great except the staff. She didn’t inform us that we could get a special price for parking when we checked-in. And after we went out from the parking lot, we just found out later. Then when I came back to ask for the refund, the staff just said, “there’s nothing they can do”. Actually, we just needed to pay RM 5, but we paid RM 17. It’s not much, but just disappointed with the staff’s professionalism.

Best hotel at Genting Highland area

Good hotel... Spacious rooms... Good food... Shuttle ok... Minus location is a bit far from First World, 9km

Had a wonderful stay and the villa was amazing. The hotel staff was lovely as well. This hotel provides a shuttle bus, which was great too. The only feedback would be to provide more frequent shuttle bus service during peak hours like holidays because people were pushing and cutting queues to get on the bus. It feels like a zombie apocalypse tbh, imagine people with small kids and elderly getting squished in the crowd. That’s bad! I hope the hotel improves in that sense.

Nice hotel. Good service. Good location, free shuttle to outlets and bus station. Got a room with a great view. Only one downside: the AC wasn't cold enough. That's it.

The best hotel. It was kids friendly, and the hospitality is top notch!! The pool guy is very kind and helpful and cares for kids playing and swimming around. Receptionists are all polite. Will come back definitely.
