A comfortable hotel for a staycation with family… From its cleanliness, regular routine maintenance to its satisfying service… Great.

Never disappoints. Always a regular and the best

Many of the buffet breakfast menus were finished but not refilled (only 1-2 menus were refilled... even after I asked the waiters twice) even though there was still 1.5 hours left before breakfast ended... other 4-star hotels are not like my experience... the manager on duty / chef rarely checks in the field... hopefully this experience will not happen to other customers

I booked this room about 3-4 days before arrival for 700 thousand rupiah per night. The room is spacious and the snacks/drinks in the room are always renewed (if they run out). The bathroom is also spacious, the shower does have glass facing the bed but can be closed with a roller blind. The toothbrush holder is also renewed. My office also ordered their meeting package, and their main dishes taste really good. For drinks, we got lemon tea, but the taste wasn't really to my liking. There are many choices of appetizers and desserts and most of them taste good. The hotel is very close to Excelso, Indomaret, KFC, and the Royal Plaza mall. The only downside to the room here is the soundproofing is really bad. It seems like the lower floors (I was on the 11th floor) were having preparations for an event and the sound could be heard up to my room. The sound of the bathroom in the next room was sometimes audible. But for me who doesn't really mind the sound, I was still able to sleep and wasn't too disturbed.

Oh my God, I got a comfortable family room. It has a separate TV area from the bed. 2 TVs. It also has two bathrooms. It has a bathtub. There's a tent and children's play area. The service is really cool. The facilities are very comfortable. For just a million rupiah, it's already very satisfying. There's a clean and comfortable swimming pool and a mini playground. The food is delicious and there's a wide variety. I didn't expect the staff to let the kids decorate donuts. Thank you. Awesome

Quite satisfactory recommendation to stay at this hotel

The sounds from the bathroom next door were very audible. What they were doing, what they were talking about, were very clear. It was uncomfortable, wasn't it?

A hotel with cool standards of cleanliness and comfort, friendly staff, and a pretty good menu.

The location is good, the room is quite large, and overall it's okay. The bathroom faucet is just really dirty.

It was a great stay here... The room is spacious, the AC is cold.

I chose this hotel due to my activities around South Surabaya, unfortunately some roads near the hotel were closed. But, there are many food stalls nearby, such as Hokben, KFC and K3 marts, that's why I didn't book breakfast, and I got to mention the online delivery food service such as gofood and grab food, lots of options, and all delicious. I must admit Surabaya cuisines matched my pallette! Next is the staff, the receptionists were very helpful and they let me checked in early, thus entered my room before 2 PM! They clean up my room early in the morning, like 7-8 AM, as I just woke up and getting ready. It was a nice stay, will consider to return in the future.

The reception staff is kind, check-in time can be advanced if the room is available.
