The hotel is comfortable, in the city center. The staff is friendly, and the food is good. However, I stayed at the Sahid Hotel for two nights and the breakfast menu was the same, but delicious.

The view from the bedroom window is absolutely beautiful, making it a real treat to stay here. Access to everything is very close; if you want to go to the old Gubeng area, it's only a five-minute walk.

The breakfast menu was salty and, unfortunately, not very tasty. There wasn't much staff in the restaurant, even though there were a lot of guests at breakfast time. I also ordered a deluxe room with a large bed, but they told me they were out of twin beds.

And for the umpteenth time staying here and it is the main choice because it is not a hassle if you want to go to Gubeng Station.

Staying with an organization that was also staying. Breakfast was very busy, the restaurant is small, and we couldn't find a seat, so we waited half an hour in the lobby. When we finally got a chance to enter the restaurant, the side dishes and desserts were empty and they weren't immediately restocked even though it was only 8 AM. The staff was slow, and the glasses were empty and we waited for 5+ minutes without being restocked. We weren't prepared to handle that many hotel guests.

I got a room next to the elevator and the service area, which was very noisy and full of noise. I didn't seem to get a good response when I asked for a room change, so that was it.

Strategic location, perfect price, not expensive and cheap (especially cheap when on sale). But the room is very spacious, clean, with excellent facilities, and nothing is broken. The public areas are okay. This is my fourth stay here.
