Awesome... a large and beautiful hotel chain in Indonesia. Spread across several major cities in Indonesia. Strategic location, near Gubeng Station, near shopping centers/malls. Large rooms and clean bathrooms. Alhamdulillah, when I booked the room, the room was upgraded to Deluxe... :)

The hotel staff consisted only of a receptionist, a cook, and a cleaner. There were no security guards or other hotel staff. It was clear that I had booked a non-smoking room, but I was given a smoking one, claiming it was full. The room was extremely dirty, the sheets dusty, and the toilet smelled awful.

After staying at Sahid Solo, I went straight to Sahid Surabaya, like I was going from a hotel to a slum.
The sheets and bed cover were yellow, scribbled on, and torn.
The bathroom mat was a used towel cut in half, completely unsuitable.
